US-based Ghanaian music producer, Coptic continues to work his magic and rapper Memphis Bleek is one of the latest artists to work with the talented beat maker. It looks like event organizers do not fear ‘rains’ messing their programmes anymore. These days all the entertainment shows in Accra end with one thing in common; LIGHTS OFF. If a show doesn’t end unceremoniously because of incessant power cuts, it will end amidst power on and off for several times.

The outdooring of Zigi at the Aphrodisiac Night Club in Accra, the launch of hip life rap trio V.I.P. (Vision In Progress) new album at the Boomerang Night Club and pre-Val’s Day Bash with Obrafour & Tema’s Finest at Groove Control Night Club in Tema were all disturbed by unexpected light offs.

The national premiere centres, National Theatre and Accra International Conference Centre were on Saturday and Sunday turned into a night clubs, where the lights went off and on several times like the lighting we have in night clubs locally referred to as ‘disco’ lights.
