    at times i wonder what ppl really want, could it be that we are all selfish and can never be pleased, or we are all backward and premitive and intend to remain as such or we have not heard of self improvement, civilization and the rest? if i may ask, honestly, someone should tell me how many human lives in one soul, and if you could critacally look at the pix you can see a brown thing covering er boobs, whether or not you rate her the next dumbass bear in mind its a carreer she choose for herself and dat carreer means sacrificing for human vision and if you av a problem, you might as well close your eyes or you dont watch at all and when you do that, remember you have to stop learning and dating, cos who ever u date does not always marry you so count the number of ppl one has to dat before marriage n think about them, how many secretly recorded u and how many told their friends how good or poor ur performance was…………….live our actresses alone cos they are not bad as it may look. they are just doing their jobs, n what if they get a chance of going to hollywood are you not the same ppl who will get the merits! well i dont blame whosoever wrote this cos u are equally doing ur job and next time understand they are also doing their jobs n dont give them names like “dumbass”. at least divas would do.lol  (Quote)

    What is this? The movie is completely pointless, what exactly is the plot?The trailer was poorly done, presentation is POOR. Presentation people, presentation is everything.
    John Dumelo, Omar Sharif and Majid Michel are very good actors, they have already proven that. At this point in their careers, they should be beyond attaching their names to just anything. They have way too much talent for this, quality over quantity. They are ruining their catalog of movies by involving himself in this, they should be going up not on a downward spiral. Their careers can go much further than this. A movie can be low budget, indie and even shot guerilla style but it should always be ART and have SUBSTANCE. How do you go from “A sting in a tale” to this Majid?
    Juliet Ibrahim: Juliet’s acting is just atrocious and completely unnatural, her presence in the movie industry at all is just baffling. Her body of work is poor, and her presentation is horrid. She seems to think making a movie is to play dress up. Her acting lacks authenticity, Adjetey Anang and Lydia Forson have it, Adjetey is one of the best at this, he oozes art and drama in his movies.
    Jackie overthinks and overacts in all of her scenes. You can be dramatic without shouting and screaming, her acting is completely laughable. She needs an acting coach stat. She has only gotten this far because the market is not saturated with pure talent and she has gotten by on just being mediocre. She is not impressive, at all.
    This movie is a joke and pure hilarity. The sex scenes are intentionally made as raw as possible for shock value and nothing else. There is absolutely no artistry in this movie. Juliet has no passion for acting and it shows. This is not about being prudish, far from it, it is about drama and artistry. Most Ghanian directors are relying on faces and gimmicks, their attempts at movie making are just ridiculous. The director, producer and scriptwriter need to go back to the drawing board because this pure tomfoolery.  (Quote)

    I think every one who condemns Juliet in the movie is a hypocrite…..I mean when Hearts of Men was released…..all people did, was criticize Martha Ankoma ( I hope i got the name right) and then they condemned her nudity in “Kiss me you can”….Now it is Juliet Ibrahim….I believe we should call a spade a spade….i wonder if all the critics of nudity did not see Majid Michel bare his ass in the movie;Heart of men…..John Dumelo, showed his butt in Queen’s pride and we can see him in a not so “gracious” position in this movie……
    As much as anyone doesn’t agree with nudity in Ghanaian movies,i believe they should criticize both men and women………and stop being blind to nude men in movies because it takes two to tango………..In the same manner, i don’t want to see a lady’s boobs bared in a movie…i don’t like to see different asses of the men……….so critics please be fair…….

    Hello to everyone. I have read through most of the comments regarding this new movie. It is my opinion that the influence for these types of movies come from the constant desire to conform to the ways of the western society’s style. My reason for saying this is because I am a natural born american and I see even when ghanians and nigerians come here how much they try to mimick the culture of the U.S.. I have often asked the question of why don’t I see west african women dress in the beautiful garments that I have seen them in, in some of the older movies. The answer that I continue to get is that they don’t want to be stereotyped. Look we all know that sex is the oldest proffession in the world. We also know that it’s prominent in the western cultures film and music industry. And everyone desires to immitated that sector of our culture. These women in the movies are doing what brings the money in and what’s in demand. Like it or not for every one person that is against these types of movies, there are a thousand that are for it. They are only the actors, has anyone gave thought to the writers and creators of these films, because they are the master-minds behind the scenes. In closing lets all agree that we all have our own opinions about what we see as taste. Somethings we may like and others we won’t. In closing one thing that I am for certain on is that all men in the world love sex and beautiful women. And the most beautiful woman God ever sculpted into existance is the BLACK WOMAN!     You guys ave to realise that it is not only ghanaians that r doin this evry movie business has done it b4. Hollywood does worse sex scenes than these ones. yet u guys seem to criticize our movies becuz of the simple sex scenes.     hey to all of my african peeps. well it’s been a minute since my last reply, but I see that this movie “4play” is still got yall buzzin. Look, don’t be angry at these actors they are just actin. Ghana /Affrica is no different fron any other place in the world. you got tatoos, prostitution, gangs, jails, corrucption and lots more just like any other place in the world. People try to be like the western society and so they put it in their films. Look my advice to you women that are so angry bout this movie is: take your man by the hand sit back with a nice drink and enjoy the movie with him. Don’t be so dry and tense.
