BET Cypher Ghana Video: Reggie Rockstone, D-Black, Kwaku T, Lady G, Tinny, Edem & Sarkodie Rocks It On BET Cypher….

1 min

Hiplife merged with Hip Hop is making waves in and out of Ghana. The Godfather of Hiplife “Reggie Rockstone” led his children (other Ghanaian rappers) to the world of BET Cypher where rap breaths.

I have watched the video over and over again and to be frank, I like the direction hiplife is taking. I thought Sarkodie nailed it hard and then Kwaku T stepped in with his weird but marvelous rap style and gestures.

One is not called a Godfather or a living legend for nothing. Reggie Rockstone proved that he really started the “Game” and still has control over the mic with his “lyricism”. Lady G also did well but where is the Mzbel and co?

  4. Ei, you said it oh, where is Mzbell and co? In a family, there is room for each unique son and daughter. Looks like the misogynistic nature of Hip Hop is creeping its way again.

People always wanna say only men can rap but the truth I think Eazzy could go head to head with Sarkodie and win, JMHO. Mzbel could go head to head with Rockstone morning noon or night and win, JMHO. When it comes to TicTall, jai, in fact Lady G better take notes cause this is the first I ever heard of her, bravo to ha
