When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I’ve got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.
Suddenly I didn’t know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly.
She didn’t seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

It seems to me that this year has been slow for the controversial heavyweight hip life artiste “Man Insane”. There is this guy I knew back in Senior Hight School. We got in touch recently and we started hanging out.
After spending some time together, he proposed marriage but since he has asked me to marry him I’ve not accepted his proposal.
Since spending time together we have kissed but I still don’t think I love him enough to go out with him and commit to him long term. The thing is, we are attracted to each other any time we meet.
Do I stop seeing him or do I stay to see if things work out and my feelings for him grow?
From the start it would seem very obvious and tempting for me to advise that you are not into this guy and the relationship is not worth it. The reason I am not going to give you that advice is because you and your man are the only ones who know all aspects of what is going on and I am sure you have not told me even half of the important things that are going on in your relationship.
A few things I will point out though is, I see you do go and see him again and again and you have kissed or maybe been more intimate with him. Depending on your intentions you will not do this if there was no attraction whatsoever.
When celebrities step out to Events, not only do they want to impress their fans with what they wear and their entire appearance, they also seek to impress and shadow their colleagues.
The 2011 African Movie Academy Awards held in Nigeria over the weekend brought celebrities from various parts of Africa.
As I go through the photos from the event for the next batch of publication, Yvonne Okoro, Rita Dominic and Kate Henshaw-Nuttall have caught my attention with what they rocked.
Who do you think carried the night among these 3 celebrities? Whose style are you feeling the most?
Asamoah Gyan’s injury-time equaliser deprived England of victory in a highly entertaining friendly against Ghana at Wembley.
Andy Carroll’s first international goal just before the interval looked to have settled the game in favour of Fabio Capello’s revamped England side before Gyan gave Ghana a draw they fully deserved.
Ghana’s vast and colourful support inside Wembley celebrated wildly as Gyan bamboozled England substitute Joleon Lescott, not for the first time, inside the area before clipping a composed finish beyond Joe Hart.
Liverpool’s £35m striker Carroll still looked short of match fitness after a lengthy recent injury absence – but gave a glimpse of his rich potential when he rounded off a fine move with a powerful finish just before half-time.
Ghana, however, were a threat throughout and Gyan’s goal was fitting reward for his tireless display and the Black Stars’ ambitious attacking approach.
Even though I like the photo, I sometimes wonder why folks keep tagging me on facebook with photos like the one above. Do I look like someone who will love such a photo by just looking at my face? Anyway, I guess it has given me something to blog about today under the usual Random … Read more

Before the winners of the 2011 AMAA was declared yesterday in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson, a co-winner [with Jackie Appiah and Naa Ashorkor] of the AMAA Best Actress Award last year expectation was to see another Ghanaian pick that award.
She said: “It’s a very tight competition but I’m hoping Ghana will come up with great awards. It will be great to hand over to another great actress from Ghana”, she said to GhanaCelebrities.Com few hours to the awards.
True to her wish, her compatriot Ama K. Abebrese was adjudged as the Best Actress in Africa for her role in ‘Sinking Sands’. The actress whose role in the movie was her first major role was picked ahead of her colleagues in a tight category which comprises of Nollywood heavyweights Genevieve Nnaji (Tango With Me), Omoni Oboli (Anchor Baby), Idiat Shobande (Aramotu) as well as Congolese Manie Malone (Viva Riva) and South African Denise Newman (Shirley Adams).
I was on weekend away and I have missed a hell of drama on here. Anyway, for those interested and those who want to know how the law works in relations to the Leila Djansi v Chris Vincent (GhanaCelebrities.Com) issue, our ping back system has lead as to an article written by an Attorney (African) of Udak Law Firm based in California, USA which looks at this issue.
Read it below…It is obvious that someone is dumb and ignorant about the law as far as the two people are concerned (that is Chris-Vincent & Leila Djansi).
Question of the day: Does a Celebrity have a Right to Privacy on Facebook?
UK Law Student Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri runs a very popular blog site called Ghanacelebrities.com. Although operating out of the UK, he is a celebrity African blogger.
Leila Djansi is a famous Ghanaian filmmaker who resides in Ghana. She is, from all accounts, a brilliant one too. Chris-Vincent according to Leila Djansi routinely takes Leila Djansi’s status updates from Facebook and posts it on his blog. Djansi is upset and sends a scathing email to Chris and also threatens to sue Chris for invasion of her privacy, within 24hours, if he does not take down his posts.
