Probably I should blame the current trend of books I have been spending my time reading…My table is ‘mounted’ with books such as The God Delusion, Da Vinci Code, Decoding Da Vinci, And God Said Let There Be Evolution among others.
For some years now, I have been questioning the existence of God and the whole sacred theory surrounding GOD.
It gets more confused the inner I dig into the various doctrines and teachings surrounding the existence of God….The Holy Trinity, The Heaven & Hell theory and the whole Judgement day ‘thing’.
The way and manner things are rolling in our physical world makes it even worse and seem to seal my current thinking that…Probably God does not exist.
Let’s look at ourselves, our family, our environment and the world at large. A lot of people with no contact or believe in God are successful, doing great and living enviable lives. Majority of us tangled in this whole GOD stuff seem to be struggling…
Innocent children are being killed in wars they know nothing about. Famine & extreme poverty is killing children who do not even have the conscience to decide on what is good and bad…Where is God in all these? I thought God was Just, Merciful, Faithful and a Saviour…
Where does your belief belong? Is there God? What will happen to our forefathers who lived before the coming of Christianity and Islam to Africa? Will they all go to hell since they did not know the way the truth and the life-Jesus Christ?
Have you ever asked yourself these questions about the existence of God and the whole teachings of the Bible and Quran?

read them all plus i only just finished reading god is not great by hitchens. I believe he doesn’t exist too. If he truly does exist then hes doing a terrible job of watching over the world. All religion has done is make the glib richer under the guise of being “men of god” whatever that means.
Religion has only made people bigots,intolerant which is sad cos going to war over religion is basically killing each other over who has the better imaginary friend.

FOR IN COLONIAL TIMES MOST PEOPLE USED TO USE THE BIBLE TO SUPPORT SLAVERY AND WHY BLACK PEOPLE WERE MADE BY GOD TO BE INFERIOR, OR WHY WOMEN WERE MADE TO BE SUBORDINATES, OR LIKE NOW HOW ISLAMIC EXTREMISTS USE THE KORAN TO SUPPORT THEIR TERRORISM. MEANWHILE ANOTHER SET OF PEOPLE USE THE BIBLE AND KORAN TO SUPPORT BELIEFS THAT CONTRADICT THE EXACT SAME THEORIES. SO IT CAN GET TRICKY
I FEEL GOD EXISTS AND THE BEST WAY TO HIM IS SPIRITUALITY AND NOT RELIGION PER SEY, RELIGION PREDOMINANTLY IS THE CULTURAL BELIEFS OF THE SOCIETY WERE IT ORIGINATED FROM. TAKE THE BIBLE FOR INSTANCE, IT IS MOSTLY REFLECTING THE CULTURE OF THE PEOPLE FROM ITS ORIGINS AND NOT NECESSARILY SPIRITUALITY

@ABi, thats brilliant abi, i do not believe we are here by chance….however i do not pretend to know that i know the ‘truth’ just cos i go to church on sundays and read the bible. there are somethings humanity will never have answers to.
God is within us all just like the devil is…..the closest we’ll ever get to God is within ourselves.
For Naa and others who go to church ‘just in case’ there is a god, i can assure them no person on earth will make it to heaven if indeed there is God is the one defined in the bible.etc. it’d simply impossible to abide by all those rules everyday.

facts: the whole universe is owned by God but the world is being controlled by satan. remember satan even told JESUS ”if thou will bow down and worship me i will give the world unto you”.

JESUS said ”if anybody enters not by the gate, the same is a thief and a robber.” thats why even Jesus himself had to be born by a woman to enter the earthly realms. 3. scripture also says that in the end times perilous times will come, and if you see this then know that the end is near. food for thought ”if God steps in today and brings sheer peace, we will be the same people to say that His words aint true. abi. 4. this might surprise many but is true ”NOT EVERYBODY living in your neighbourhood or walking on the street today is human, regardless of whether u know their families or not. JESUS even says do good to strangers for by this u entertain ANGELS unaware. some of the people u meet daily are ANGELS while others are DEMONS. so regardless of what books they write or excavate in some desert somewhere, they may not be human or may be evil possessed. 5. this is very important ”has GOD not said that if u deligently seek Him ..u will find him. so instead of seeking him through these people the history of whom u don’t have any idea, whether they have the spirit of God or not u don’t know . why not read the Bible for urself, pray and wait patiently on Him till he reveals to u what is the TRUTH.
6. finally let me say that the so called ”non-believers” will continue to be rich because satan will not take anything away from them when they are already his. because if he does , they will seek God

1. why would god allow satan who is suppossedly languishing in eternal fire to control the world he(god) created.
2.the ‘end ‘ has been ‘near’ for so long now that its almost boring. God took a week to create the world and its taking him infinite years just to prepare a place for us in heaven?

So for the sake of your own life,you better believe it for I do not think you have gone through a problem and have been saved before.even scientist would tell you that there are certain cases only God can intervene. if there is no God why do get amazed when something happens,that medically is impossible.if there is no God why do the name of Jesus works like magic.
Please don’t feed yourself with all those books. They are just meant to fill and mess with your mind. Do remember that for people suffering in the many nations, it has to do with man being wicked to His fellow man. You question the attributes of God as being merciful and all ryt? Well it is because He is all that that is why the wicked people on this earth are still living, because He wishes they would simply change their ways, that is love unthinkable, ryt?. I assume you are a Christian so please depend on the Bible rather than other Books because even now Science sees that the Bible prophecies and miracles written years ago as true. So please don’t allow these written books to mess with your mind and remember without faith ur Christianity is baseless so please know where to put your faith… Our GOD lives…

This is a very disturbing and personal article. Every body should look at all the personal experiences they might have in their lives . Then they can decide if there is an entity out there who is responsible for our well being.

The world will never and ever End Completely as most hypocrites pastors and impostors claims or preach. The world comes to an end when some one´s death has come, that´s the end of the world for that very person. Obviously, I support the “get-prepaid for the final judgement” calling from the bible, because the death always surprises, it does not announce its coming; so that calling will always be heard as long as the life and death are alive. The World Endings has, is and will always be individual and not collective.
And for the matter weather God Exist or not, I can tell that as long as the “humanity” exists God also exists, so don´t bother yourself by doubting His existence otherwise you will turn mad, trust me. Lol

You are perfectly right with all the questions you’ve asked…however the so preachers and pastors will tell u ..let the Holy Ghost give u understanding..wich is utter bUllocks…cos the spirit comes to u by understanding the word an doing it…I can surely tell you God does EXIST..as for the Trinity thing, it is an idolism/pagan traditions adopted from egypt ancient religions into christianity.. The Heaven & Hell theory and the whole Judgement day ‘thing’ is a reality but far from what we have been made to understand…For instance…if the the righteous are to leave this earth for heaven then it contradicts with Quotes in the bible like ‘the righteous shall inherit the earth’, Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth….in Addition, the Almighty God would have failed with regards to him creating us to live everlasting life on earth and because of an APPLE/ satan we can no more live everlasting..Then he is not GOD…Also the Holy Book states His YES is YES n NO Is NO..Thus God thus not fail…
Chris, there are several literature that cast doubts about the existence of God, and the BIBLE which holds all we need to know. Belieiving and trusting in God does not mean we wont face challenges in life, but if we stay obedient to him and keep faith in him, we will endure all what the world and life throws at us.
We dont understand the ways of God, thats what makes him God if we did he wouldnt be God. Belief in God does not necessarily mean we will all cruise around in aston martin, We may get them, but our sights are set on things above rather than things on earth. It doesnt mean, you shouldnt enjoy the good things in life. We all believe there are “gods” the kweku firi’s, krishna’s, maame water’s and the like. there surely is a GREATER GOD……THE LIVING GOD!

God really and frankly exist. We do not need to have problems before we realize his existence. That is when there is no one to solve your perpetual and bitter problems God seams to be a political Maradona, excuse me to have used the name of my fan, I just want to say some one who can win and leave you in shame instead of giving you an opportunity. We only recognize his miracles when we are happy.
On the other hand, God and his multiple groups of fans, I mean religions, here is where the problem smell bad. If we are not careful, we end up hating him. Most of he people who write these books are atheist’s and use weakness in religions to argue their case. If you can talk about the death and decay we associate with Satan/devil how can one exist without the other…life isn’t just good or just bad. It’s BOTH. So you can’t have one without he other. The fact is when all these so called rich ppl living desirable lives fall ill why don’t they call on the satan that gave them all their wealth to help them?
