Super Sport’s Nigerian editor Emeka Enyadike has written a soul-searching article full in pidgin English admitting that Ghana is better than Nigeria…I mean the Ghanaian football agenda and players are better than their Super Eagles counterpart. He goes on to say, Nigeria MUST learn from Ghana to avoid sidelined from world football affairs.

It is a nice read, it is hilarious and it says the truth….

The best actors and actresses on the African continent have been brought together to feature alongside Hollywood actors in a new movie ‘Bleeding Sunshine’, which is set to hit the theatres soon. The production crew is expected to continue shooting in Egypt, Dubai and Israel.

The ‘Bleeding Sunshine’ movie talks about the “illegal trade of human beings for the purposes of reproductive slavery, commercial sexual exploitation, forced labour, or a modern-day form of slavery” called human trafficking.

The Hollywood feature film brings out a harrowing tale of a young Ghanaian girl [Suzzy Nabor] whose life is turned upside down when she is plucked from her humble fishing village and thrust into the gritty world of international human trafficking.

Motivational Message Of The Week: How To Avoid Wasting The Person You Are…

I am not sure how many of us have sat down to answer the question; Who are you? Even for those of us who have attempted this question, probably we could not adequately say who or what we are without having to step into someone’s corner.

Majority of us cannot simple define ourselves because we do not know who we are. We might have spent years discovering and understanding ourselves and yet all the knowledge acquired about ourselves does not solve the puzzle-Who are you?

In our struggle to define and set ourselves on course, most of us have/are brutally destroying the person that we are.  Life is a big messy journey with different unique individuals racing for a win. Every individual has a special attribute to help him/her with the journey and it is this uniqueness that defines us.

Despite our individual uniqueness, it is disheartening that majority of us are wasting the person (the unique individual) that we are by wishing to be someone else. What is more to life if we waste our own persona and aggressively desire to be someone else?
