Just 4 days into the New Year and I can point you to a person who has already broken her New Year resolution…LOL.  The common thing most people hold up to is to make a pack of resolutions each year.
Whether we strive to uphold those resolutions is different story. Despite the fact that astronomical numbers of people are never able to achieve their New Year resolutions simply because they are practically unachievable, we all still make it each year.

Also, part of my New Year resolution is to go back to being fit by exercising more and more. I have already started running so I guess I am on track-Will it last? I don’t know yet…
I have kept my New Year resolution simple, something I think I can achieve…Last year I missed out on my resolution so I am keen on not making those mistakes again…
