February 20: Tony Aidoo: It Wil Be A Mistake To Vote Atta Mills
Dr. Tony Aidoo, the Head of Policy Monitoring and Evaluation at the Presidency has cautioned the Ghanaian electorate against voting the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP] into office in the December elections. He said a vote for the NPP will mean returning the country to the dark old days of political vengeance.
February 21: Nduom Orders Removal of CPP Billboards With His Image!
Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, the founder and leader of the Progressive People’s Party [PPP] has ordered the executives of the Convention People’s Party [CPP] to remove all billboards in Ghana with his image on it as the 2008 flagbearer of the party.
February 23:  Juju In Black Stars Camp During AFCON 2012!
Black Stars coach Goran Stevanovic has said in his report of the 2012 African Cup of Nations to the Ghana Association that, the players during the tournament used ‘black power’ known as juju in camp.
February 24: Bright Akwetey & Abu Sakara to Contest CPP Flagbearer Slot!
Mr. Bright Akwetey and Dr. Abu Sakara will contest for the flagbearership of the Convention People’s Party [CPP] in March as the party seeks to elect its candidate for the December Elections. Dr. Sakara was the party’s running mate in the 1998 elections with Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom as the candidate.
February 24: Kufuor Blasts NDC!
During the New Patriotic Party’s rally at Mantse Agbonaa in Accra, former President John Agyekum Kufour blasted the ruling National Democratic Congress constant attacks on Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the NPP’s flagbearer for the upcoming elections in December.
February 24: Betty Mould-Iddrisu interrogated!
Former Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Mrs. Mould-Iddrisu was interrogated by the Criminal Investigation Department [CID] of the Ghana Police Service. The interrogation was in relations to the investigation into the payment of GHC 51.28 million judgment debts to businessman and NDC financier Alfred Agbesi Woyome.
February 24: PPP will win 2012 election!
William Dowokpor, an aspiring Progressive People’s Party [PPP] Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency in the Greater Accra Region has said that the new party will win the Election 2012 and manage the affairs of the nations for rapid development.
February 25: Change Kotoka International Airport To Dr. Nkrumah!
The Interim Coordinating Committee of the re-registered Kwame Nkrumah Ideological Institute [NKII] has called for the Kotoka International Airport to be re-named after Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first Head of State.
February 25: More Details About Upcoming Biometric Registrtion Exercise!
The Electoral Commission [EC] of Ghana is scheduled to commence the biometric registration for the December elections. NPP Constituency Chairman for Sunyani West, Mr. Evans Kusi Boadum has called on the Commission to provide more details about the impending registration.
