The 2012 MOBO Awards was held last night at the Echo Arena in Liverpool, UK and notably among the winners was Nigeria’s Kokomaster D’banj who took home the Best African Act Awards…

D’banj managed to sweep the award from the feet of his competitors-Amadou & Mariam , Cabo Snoop ,Camp Mulla, Sarkodie, Fally Ipupa, Fatoumata Diawara, P-Square , Spoek Mathambo and The Very Best.

Congrats to D’bnj for another big win!

  2. @Richard swallow your pride ,the guy deserved it ,how can the so call sakodie win MOBO award with THAT AZONTO THING do you think the voters are joking,this is the reason why I have much respect for samini,VIP and former wutah duo whose music was stole by a Nigerian ( http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=XqO_KQNj5xs    ) .sakodie will be nominated but he cant win with his so call local azonto .the truth is bitter but I will SAY
