Gym-Third-Week-Sweating After 60 Minutes On The Treadmill

Despite the million advantages of blogging-freedom, being your own boss, following your passion/dreams, controlling your revenue and several others, there are problems with the blogging or working from home lifestyle that must be dealt with.

I love blogging because of the freedom I have to sleep and wake up whatever time I want. The freedom to pack your bag and travel without being so much worried about money since you can work from wherever you find yourself (as long as you can find an internet connection) is superb.

Blogging also makes it possible for you to spend a lot of time at home, doing things in your on pace. What I love most about the blogging lifestyle is the fact that you can do the weekly shopping when everyone is at work-no rush!

However, as you know, everything has its own bad side…

When it comes to blogging, keeping fit (checks on your health/weight) whiles sitting in the comfort of your living room or office each day is a big problem

The freedom to sleep and eat whenever you want has an underlying problem…As a blogger,  you can catch me switching my laptop on at 10 pm (ready to work) and mostly to take me through the work will be slices of Pizza ordered from Pizza Hut or a plate of special fried rice from my favourite Chinese restaurant-JUMBO.

Over the summer, I met several friends and celebrities for launch and dinners. I also travelled to France, Sweden and Denmark and during all these trips; I fed on restaurant food…

The above together with the fact that I sit home everyday blogging/working (even when I have to go out, I jump into the driving seat of the car) mean that,  I have been hit by the problem that bloggers and people who work from home face-Putting on unwanted weight…

Since blogging is more of a lifestyle than work to me,  there is no way I can change when I eat since my eating times depend on what times I work or sleep.

So if you are a blogger or a person who works from home and has fallen into theweight gaining pit, I have a cure for you. The cure is simple-Join a gym which is open 24/7.

In order to take control of my fitness and weight as a blogger, I have signed up at the Gym called the ‘Gym Group’ and the best part of it is that, the gym is open 24/7. So I can walk in at 2am, do my work out and then come home to work or sleep…CONTINUE READING FROM HERE

Dont forget u are not the only entertainment blogging site. we have others like ameyahdebrah and besides i dont see what useful benefit your website has for our dear country and what value is it adding to peoples lives

        • Then why are you here? Is it not it ironic that you just spent your precious time commenting on my blog which adds no value to Ghana ? What does that tell you about yourself or the blog? If you have many entertainment blogs I will love it if you stay away from mine and allow the intelligent people who finds value to stay on here rather.

There are many cities in the world but there is only one London. And among all the many you claim to know GC is the biggest and most read Ghanaian entertainment blog. The reason why it has become so is knocking and banning people like you who sit live here insult very mannered contributors

  3. Chris, just wondering and please don’t take this as insult or anything, are you going to work with your law degree? Just curious or you taking time off because it sounds like you are blogging full time! Well so far as it pays the bills and you making the revenue! I had the impression blogging was your hobby! But i guess nothing beats working from home right? Ha i see……..

    • I am currently studying to write the New York Bar exams in July,2013 to become an attorney in the state of NY(that is if I pass the Bar exams)…Even if I pass, I do not intend to practice straight away until I get tired of blogging. I currently help at my local Luton Law Centre every Wednesday ( for legal experience) so even though I am enjoying blogging, I may one day decide to practice law. I am keeping my options opened. I do not believe in working if you can make money from your hobby(something you enjoy). Making money while having fun or doing things you are passionate about is the best. For now, I am happy with blogging but I may not be tomorrow. I am open about the future. All I want is to have inner peace in life ( that is my prime concern). I move with interest and passion.

  5. Why can’t people just be civil? If u don’t have anything productive to say, then don’t bother at all. What is wrong with the fitness advice Chris is giving n who says u have to look perfect to do so. Let’s be supportive n stop hating unnecessarily. I think is admirable that he is going high in education. Go for e gold Chris, all e best.
