After a horrific car accident on Wednesday on the Abeka Lapaz stretch of the N1 Highway in Accra, actress Nana Ama McBrown who has since been admitted to the 37 Military Hospital has managed to speak out some few words, indicating that she is recuperating well.
According to PeaceFmOnline.Com, the actress said “I’m fine, I’m okay. Tell everybody that I’m alright by the Grace of God” when they visited her at a private ward (having been moved from the Intensive Care Unit).
PeaceFm writes;
Nana Ama thanked Almighty God for saving her and her boyfriend Maxwell’s life from such a near fatal accident. To her, it is by a miracle that they are still both alive considering the extent of damaged caused to their new Black Range Rover following the the crash and the injuries they sustained.
“I Thank God Almighty for saving our lives I thank you all, I’m alive and safe. All I need is more prayers”.
The only injuries the actress is nursing presently are minor cuts she sustained on her arms from the broken glasses from the window of the Range Rover. An x-ray on the arm shows that the fracture is not as severe as earlier reported in the media.
At the time of Peacefmonline.com’s visit this morning, P.O.P had been applied on her right arm from beneath her armpit down to her wrist.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend Maxwell Mensah, who also spots a fractured arm was discharged on Wednesday evening but is expected to call at the hospital on daily bases until he fully recovers.
Maxwell has also debunked some media reports that suggest that Nana Ama was in the car with three other people at the time of the accident. He insists that he was the only person in the car with McBrown and that he was the one driving adding that anything either than the information he has given is totally untrue irrespective of the source.
