    • @richard, which country’s birth certificate and passport does she hold. africans and their complicated way of life. my parents are both ghanaian but i was born and bred her in America which makes me an American with ghanaian heritage. in fact America claims me more than my parents does because  i hold an American birth certificate and passport. right now if i should contest in any world activity, i am gonna represent America unless i acquire a dual citizenship then i can decide whether i want to represent ghana or America. the world authenticates a citizen of a country not by blood rather by birth. Juliet is a ghanaian with liberian and lebanese heritage.
