Africans are apparently claiming to be GAYS even though they are not, just to be able to seek Asylum and settle in Europe…

The numbers of Africans claiming to be Gays are fast rising and Immigration Officials in EU countries fear they face a gigantic scam as they suspect the vast majority of the “gay” migrants are not genuine cases but men just trying to wangle a visa.

THE EU is being asked to tackle an “alarming” rise in the number of African men claiming to be GAY so they can seek “asylum” in Europe.

Immigration officials in EU countries fear they face a gigantic scam as they suspect the vast majority of the “gay” migrants are not genuine cases but men just trying to wangle a visa.

In Belgium, the number of applications from “homosexual” Africans has jumped seven-fold from 116 in 2006 to 823 in 2011, new figures revealed yesterday.

The situation is similar in Holland where the government has appealed to the European Court of Justice for help.

The highest number of applicants pouring into Belgium in 2011 came from Senegal (258) followed by Cameroon (154) and Tanzania (64). Only about a THIRD of the men were able to convince the authorities that they were homosexual.

In Britain, the government also faces a major problem following a Supreme Court ruling in 2010 that homosexuals can’t be deported on the grounds that they could conceal their sexual orientation at home.

Lesbianism is also at issue, encouraged by the case of a Ugandan woman who escaped deportation at the last minute at Heathrow by claiming that media reports of her sexual orientation would cause her physical harm at home.

Each EU country has its own method to find the “phoney gays”. In Belgium specially trained investigators quiz migrants using a list of questions designed to find the truth in their claims.

They include:

“How did you discover that you were different?”

“What were your feelings when you noticed as an adolescent that you preferred boys to girls?”

“Were you happy or upset when you realised you were gay?”

Other questions on the list are intimate inquiries about the sexual nature of their gay partnership which are thought to be the most difficult for straight men to answer.

One man from Cameroon, asked how he discovered he was gay, replied it was when he watched a soft porn film on TV called Gay Sex.

Another man said he knew when he realised he didn’t like sitting next to girls in the classroom at school.

“Each applicant undergoes a detailed interrogation lasting easily three or four hours to test their credibility,” said An Michaels, spokeswoman for Belgium’s refugee organisation CGVS.

Homosexuality is illegal in 38 African countries. And in Uganda the government once considered introducing the DEATH PENALTY for practising homosexuals.

There is now a maximum 14-year sentence for gay sex.

The Dutch are asking the European Court to devise a common procedure for all EU countries to follow in order to weed out false homosexuals just interested in a passport to the West from the probable genuine cases.

Abusing the system like this puts those under real threat of abuse because of their sexual orientation in extensive danger since their claims will be regarded as bogus.
