On Good Friday, Venus Films premiered their latest movie ‘The Hunters’ which features multiple award-winning actress-Jackie Appiah, Kofi Adjololo, Adjetey Anang, Gavivina Tamakloe,Amanobia Doddoo, Ekow Blankson and others…
The premiere which was held at the Silver Bird Cinema in Accra was attended by majority of the above named cast and other industry players.
In ‘The Hunters’…
Adjetey Anang (Bediako) was born on the street by a woman who had no idea of the whereabouts of his father. When he grew up he joined a robbery gang just to make ends meet to look after his mother and daughter.
After some few years, he lost his gang in an exchange of bullet with the police; in the process he was saved by a more powerful Gang named ‘The Hunters’ who asked him to joined the group.
His huge impact was felt when he joined the group after which he managed to assist the group in succeeding most of the robbery they embarked on.
During one of the robbery operations, he ended up killing his Mother, his mother in-law, his father in –law and brother in- law.
Though her wife Tania (Jackie Appiah) stood behind him and defended him in court with her masters in law, Adjetey Anang (Bediako) was killed .As to who killed him, why he was killed?

Venus movie production always want to go a mile with their movies but always fall flat due to quality and originality. For instance, the gunshot scenes really look amateurish. Frank and his crews got to step up!!! or maybe i should just lower my expectations…

I did not watch the trailer, I will not because it’s about violence and non sense. as for Jackie, please drop some pounds and change your hair style. go natural. you will look better than thes heavy wigs in a hot country. what you were wearing in London at your movie premiere was disastrous.
