‘Show me a man who doesn’t cheat on his wife and I will show you a pregnant virgin’…Oops!

After waiting for a real African blockbuster for sometime now, Raj & Heroes Productions have put together an intriguing storyline, a romantic comedy which tackles some of the undeviating problems couples face in life…

When was the last time you watched an African movie which hits at important contemporary and over-reaching social and moral issues, without deviating from its entertaining purpose?

‘CHEATERS’ does exactly this…

In a refreshing way, the movie which features the multiple award-winning and talented actress-Jackie Appiah, Adjetey Anang, Omar Sheriff Captain and several talented new faces in a humorous way tackles one issue that we all face or will face in life-CHEATING…

Are you ready for that one hell of an interesting and entertaining ride?  A ride that you can very much relate to in life, and have a lot in common with…

‘Gone are the days when women respected marital wows’…True or False?

If you’ve ever knocked your head against the wind over the question ‘what is that wives are not doing that concubines are doing?’, then it is time to know the answer in CHEATERS.

This is exactly how ‘CHEATERS’, the 10 book story puts things;

“They say that marriage is the only war in which you sleep with the enemy. And if the couple is inseparable, it usually takes 5 people to separate it!

Cheaters’ reflects just that!

Love is a mysterious adventure that takes you through many twists and turns. Add a bit of infidelity to the mix and you have the perfect recipe for disaster!

Cheaters’ follows the stories of several young couples caught up in a spider web  of love, lies and extramarital affairs. This exciting romantic comedy will keep you on your toes.

Watch as these love torn couples struggle to make it through another overrated love-fest called Valentine’s Day.”

Book 1 of ‘CHEATERS’ will be premiered at the SilverBird Cinema in Accra on 24th May, 2013.

Remember, ‘that is a criminal offence, I could arrest you and put you behind bars for telling me your wife can never cheat on you’

    • @akosuaghana, So Vincent and his blogging family have no moral rights to publish Jackie’s separation from her husband and her rollicking with a Naija dude? If t were Nadia and Yvonne Nelson, he would have taken this site by storm and spew bile about them. Hmmmm, u can’t really bite the hands that feeds you is indeed a tru saying, VINCENT.

  3. REALLY???!!! You guys make a post a few days ago “Are We In Dire of Film Critics in Ghana” and you big up this melodramatic nonsense? Geez. When will we ever learn how to cut a good trailer? When will we stop spitting out words? When will the silly melodrama stop? When will there be an original/unpredictable story? Good direction, lighting, sound, etc?? More importantly though, when will the audience wise up and stop supporting mediocre work like this?

It’s 2013 and this is cinema??? This is the same crap we’ve been doing since 2005!!! With all the advancement in technology, cheaper solutions and workflows, this is the result??? I realize we’re not the out-of-box thinker types tackling stories on deep-space explorations, coming-of-age dramas, biopics, compelling thrillers, etc. but geez if you must stick to domestic dramas, a little originality and care in crafting our movies will go a long way!

The audience are to blame. If they’re bigging up such crap, why won’t the talentless self-made “filmmakers” keep churning out nonsense? I think it’s now gotten to the point where any Ghanaian movie without “soft porn” is deemed classy– any movie with the same ol’ high-profile “celebrities” (who can’t act worth a damn) is deemed competent– any screaming or crying on screen is oscar-worthy…

    Wow, Ghana…

      • I totally agree w KOS. I just watch the trailers and I know what to to expect so I never bother watching the real deal. Living in self denial doesn’t make things better. we not getting any awards in the African movie awards is just a sign that we need to change ths..( and the funny thing is, the movies that did get awards weren’t even that good)..what does that say about Gh movies?? Think abt it..

      • @PST, learning from good criticism only help make movies better… No need to take it on a personal level by asking the critic to shoot his own, then again opinions are like onions, u can plant them everywhere except for my backyard so u entitled to vent out the way you want. Only tells ur taste in movies.

  6. I am not sure what some of you are talking about. Can any of you mention any movie that has come out this year which matches this? this is the best I have seen this year. Yvonne Nelson’s movie was a disaster, and Nadia has not done anything worth a pin this year.

Jackie has at least done this and it has that sense of fun so why the hating on the young woman? she continues to win awards while you people sit on GC to cry

  7. I have to agree, its the same old crap recycled with different actors. The only production Houses making movies these days are Venus and Media GH and they are not faring very well am afraid to say. No thrills , no laughs  just the same old marital stories churned  over and over again. It seems to me Ghanaian filmakers.. are only good at making marital movies…Our film industry is fast becoming laughable
