This year’s edition of the Ghana Meets Naija concert gets even more exciting amidst the heavy air of expectation as the June, 29th date gets closer.
With 4 days more to go to the mega concert, the excitement is almost at fever pitch.
In more welcome news from organizers, it has been revealed that one of the highlights of this year’s event will be the battle for supremacy on the turn-tables between, Ghana’s top female Disc Jockey- DJ Kess and Nigeria’s biggest female Disc Jockey- DJ Lambo.
In what is sure to be a mega-showdown of sorts, the two leading female disc jockeys from both countries will take turns in wooing the crowd with their skills on the wheels of steel and leave judgment to the audience response to determine who emerges numero uno.
Last year, the showdown was between Nigeria’s DJ Neptune and Ghana’s DJ Mensah.

With all artistes on the bill promising the biggest performances of their career, fans are sure to be thrilled the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy and Timaya amongst others from Nigeria as they jam to R2Bees, Samini, DBlack, EL, Edem, Okyeame Kwame, Raquel, Stonebuoy, Xo Senavoe, Dr Slim, and Dobble among others. The event will take place on 29th June, 2013 inside the Accra International Conference Centre.
