A new study has found that, as human beings we are honest in the morning and as the day goes by, we become dishonest. Therefore, you can boost the chance of straight answers by asking questions in the morning.

According to the study, it is easier for people to lie in the afternoon as the self-control which normally stops them cheating breaks down as they get tired.

If you want to find out whether your partner is cheating on not, you better be asking the questions that matter in the morning…

The researchers claim that the more fundamentally honest someone is, the more likely they are to succumb to the ‘morning morality effect’.

They said: ‘Our findings suggest that the mere time of day can lead to a systematic failure of good people to act morally.’

And guess what, the conclusion of the research came from experiments at Harvard University in Massachusetts, US so we can surely trust the findings—to a greater degree.
