Yvonne Nelson Says Ghanaians Including Herself Are Suffering And Yet She Has 500 Pieces Of Louis Vuitton Bags

Yvonne Nelson1

Forgive me for the exaggeration but surely troubled Ghanaian actress-Yvonne Nelson has unreasonable amount of Louis Vuitton bags—probably more than Kim Kardashian and Naomi Campbell.

Despite this and her constant illustration of living LARGE on social media platforms, the actress took to twitter today to ‘slam’ the president of Ghana-John Dramani Mahama

Yvonne Nelson tweeted at the president to say @JDMahama Mr President. Ghanaians are suffering. The people of Ghana are SUFFERING. #fuel #electricity #water plsdosomething! Thank you”

She then added : “God save us!!! Help our land”…

Yvonne Nelson tweet

Is Yvonne Nelson saying she is suffering alongside several Ghanaians? She sounds like a propagandist of socialism with a multimillion profit making enterprise next door.

It is either Yvonne Nelson is lying about suffering or her 500 Louis Vuitton bags are fake…

Be the judge !

  1. It could be she is also suffering but for her she can do something about it by cutting down on the unnecessary things she uses her money for and use it to help people who are really suffering. Mr president is government aren’t doing anything for the country so next vote well.

    • A rich person who can afford 500 LV bags won’t complain about common electricity or fuel bill…I am sure u missed the irony. A RE-READ may help you! I don’t think our traffic has suffered, if anything at all, it is rocking and we are more than happy! 🙂

      • @Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri, okay so how about a bid to sympathize with fellow ghanaians?? is dat a no no too? ? cmon how do u know its 500?? Ahhh I forgot im. asking you..

      • @Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri, if jackie wrote that will you say she is hungry? you will say she is using her stardom to help people in ghana. when stella got mad in nigeria about the govt allowing early marriage for girls, did that mean she was also forced into marriage at 13? she was just using her popularity to help. whether you are happy or not, we all agree there pple in need in ghana. you are unfair sometimes.

      • @Chris-Vincent Agyapong Febiri, ummm, some of us are on here because there aren’t that many options when it comes to Ghanaian entertainment blogs, not because of the blog per se.

        • @vince, Well beggers as they say cannot be choosers so seeing as you are saying this is your only option it seems your only option is to like it or lump it. If it was really that bad on here even if you didn’t have a choice you wouldn’t force yourself over something that is really so awful as so many seem to claim…

  3. You guys should leave Chris alone… Just go and Re-Read the article… Have you seen a rich person complaining about buying fuel or paying electricity bills?..

Yvonne Nelson has been lying to us all along…

  4. An original lv bag can pay my utility bills for more dan a year so if she has abt 500 of them like Chris claims, coupled with her numerous trips abroad, fancy shoes and wardrobe full of bikinis…(she said so) why on earth is she then complaining abt utility bills? Or is she talking because everyone is complaining? Judging frm the life she makes us believe she’s living on keek and instagram, money for utility bills won’t break her account.

  6. As a young aspiring African woman of course she should and can express her opinion but if I had the audience and the platform she has I would utilise it a lot better. I’m not quite sure when she will realise that if that is her main concern in life she will be taken seriously when she spends most of her time tweeting and keeking about her so called elaborate lifestyle. Those that believe in a such casuses do not portray themselves in that manner. You can’t serve two masters as the saying goes. You don’t see Angela Jolie lounging on her private jet then helping children and woman in another. So yes she can surely express her opinion but how seriously will people take such a statement. I know I didn’t.

  7. Please there is Akan saying that it rains even into the sea! The fact that a person is rich doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t complain about paying unreasonable prices for utilities and stuff that are basics of life! Yes she may not feel the pinch like the average Joe does but she still works for her money.Even if it is in excess and chooses to spend it on LV bags, after all if people don’t have money to pay for their utilities, the same people won’t have enough money to buy from YN’s shop and so if people in the country do not have enough to buy from her she may be losing some profits too…..look  at it from the credit card point of view,if people do not spend, the credit card companies do not make money and so they say the economy is bad. Leave the poor girl alone, she is being humanitarian with an interest in how her fellow citizens! And no matter how much money a person has, certain basics for living should be affordable to all, having loads of money doesn’t mean a person wants to pay ridiculous prices for basics like electricity, water, etc

    • @Kwaku, I agree with you that her earning a living that affords her good life doesn’t mean she can’t speak out….but if you are in a position of influence and financial stability why are you not trying to help the people are protesting for. Does Yvonne really think her statement will make a difference? Ok fine, make your statement of course but wouldn’t her statement hold much water if she was also trying to make a difference for her people because going to rant on twitter is surely not going to make the politicians suddenly do the right thing. The Ghanaians that are doing something for people don’t even make as much noise as she does, they just get on and do what they can to help, action do speak louder than words. By helping your community in anyway you can will surely be the best and loudest statement to everyone of your personal stance of the current issues going on. Heck knows what this chick will do if they close down twitter.

  8. Left to her its ok. But remember. The whole Nigeria went on strike with the Hike in petrol prices ,including their stars. Cuz the common ppl they help are demanding more from them

Am ordinary NY is a celebrity , her dressing and pix at events are not exceptional from all celebrities. She’s always caught in that spirit. But I doubt if her other life is the same. The girl is down to earth’ am falling in love n paying her more attention cuz of GC’s publicities on her

  9. Ei 3y3 asem o. You can never win wit Ghanaians. So whats wrong with tweetin what she tweeted? Ah so because she has numerous LV bags, she cant complain when she’s paying ridiculous prices for utilities which is an economic necessity? Or the blood in her veins are not red like the majority of hardworking Ghanaians who are complainin about the recent hikes in utility tariffs. Well, why am I even suprised when Im on CVAfavouritecelebrities.com? And the trolls who are on dude’s bandwagon, get a life pls. Certain ppl thought process always leave wondering like why? LOL N Is using her influence as a celebrity with a following to add her voice to the pleas of Ghanaians not doing nothing? Oh so she now has to subsidise the utility b4 u see shes doing something, GoldenGurl? Come on, come off it will you? The young lady has a foundation which is creating awareness bout Glaucoma (is it? ), for cripes sake.

Who is she to be saying such things when she lives the life of supposed “fame” and luxury. She should not be saying that. It is not good.

  13. Is obvious dat she has used all her damn money here in Europe n states so she is having problems going back to Ghana . We all see how she spends money on material things, travelling around just to impress people. Gosh the girl is broke. We have rich people like footballers who are using their money to help people but they come on twitter and complain. The thing is dat we dat lives in Europe or States dat work our butt off , when the economy affects Ghanaians it affect us too cos they will be demanding a lot. Yvonne Nelson travel here just spend the little dat she has. I wonder how much these so called celeb make per movie?????
