If you skipped breakfast this morning, you’re putting yourself in grave danger.
According to recent reports which link skipping breakfast to obesity, diabetes and even catching flu, skipping breakfast is extensively bad for our health, than we thought.
In the latest study by a team at the Harvard School of Public, researchers found men who don’t have breakfast are 27 per cent more likely to suffer heart attacks or heart disease.
However, the morning meal does not seem to have any crucial health benefit over the other meals but it is a subject of discussing because most of us miss it for unfounded reasons like losing weight and not in the mood to eat or being late for work
According to Dr Susan Jebb, head of diet and population health at the Medical Research Council, there is nothing magical about breakfast that makes it particularly important for health. He added that ‘I suspect you’d get the same risks – such as weight gain – with skipping lunch or dinner, but it’s a less common behaviour, so people don’t study it.’
For real? Omg! Then I might fall sick any moment frm now.Eventhough I wake up every morning to prepare breakfast for my family,I never take a bite
