It looks like 2014 is going to be a very stimulating, fun-packed as well as competitive year for the Ghana Movie industry. Although, the year is young, we are aware of a lot of good and quality productions which are coming out soon. There are also a good number of great movies coming out in the month of February which will present so many options for African movie lovers.

One of such interesting movies titled-Any more women? will be premiered at the National Theatre on 8th February, 2014. Not only does the movie’s title strike as interesting but the poster gives a very suggestive and flattering outlook of the movie. In any case if the team was trying to wet our appetite with that flattering picture of the lead actor then I must confess they just did.

Although the movie is from a new production house called GISIM Studios. The production, we are told promises to be worth every watching second…

‘Any more women?’ is directed by Oheneba Acheampong, written by Kofi Safo Ntim, produced by Larko Djabatey- Yirenkye with support from Ken Fiati. The movie ensembles a host of seasoned actors like Fifi Coleman, Prince David Osei, Ebi Bright, Ken Fiati, and Timothy Bentum and attract veteran actors-Fred Amugi, Pascaline Edwards and Albert Jackson-Davies

The Story

In the movie, Andy (Fifi Coleman) whose life hasn’t gone as well as planned because he got kicked out of University stays with his overbearing parents.

A ‘chance meeting’ with Angela (Ebi Bright) gives him the opportunity to start all over again. But in order to get his life back on track, he has to overcome a hustler, a zealous husband, an angry fiancé and an old nemesis (Prince David Osei). As if that is not enough, he has just six days to solve the puzzle.

The movie is a fast paced romantic comedy that will keep you laughing and guessing from start to finish.

Remember the premiere date is; 8th February 2014, 6.00 pm at the National Theatre.
