Ghana’s top radio personality and fashion enthusiast-Bola Ray rocked different combinations of the ‘short suit’ style when he hosted last year’s MTN 4Syte Music Video Awards in Accra.

Interestingly, fashion designer and rapper/producer -Pharrell Williams who has in the past worn a camouflage ‘short-suit’ appeared at the just held 86^th Academy Awards in another ‘short and suit’.

Happy 57th Independence Day to You All + My Thoughts!

Ghana is 57 years today and as Ghanaians, we are proud of the many years we’ve come and the liberation hurdles we’ve overcome.

As much as we pride ourselves as the first country south of the Sahara to have gained independence and even fought alongside other nations for their liberations—we should also take the bullet in our chests and say Ghana today is not what we want…

Economically, we are in a worse position and standard of living f keeps falling with time, instead of expected increase.

We seem to have a lot to say with our mouths, but little or nothing to show in our pockets and for our constant struggles.

From toothpick to commodities like rice, we import literally everything that we depend on for survival as people.

Accountability is at its lowest level since independence with our own leaders riding the trains of gold while we run barefooted after these trains.
