BG: Halle Berry Headed for Third Divorce?

Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry

From BeyondGossip.Com

Rather unfortunate news but it appears the very public relationship and marriage between Halle Berry and her third husband, fellow actor Olivier Martinez, is headed for the rocks even before we could blink.

The two tied the knot just last year after much drama between them and her ex Gabriel Aubry concerning their daughter Nahla. The couple became the paparazzi favourite and were photographed together constantly and were never afraid to display public affection for each other.

The actress was very hesitant about her third marriage as she has been very unlucky in that department but she reportedly said Olivier Martinez made her feel safe.

When Halle Berry’s first marriage to former baseball player David Justice in 1993, ended four years later, she was so broken she attempted suicide. She then married R&B singer Eric Benét in 2001, only for things to end in 2003 and divorce in 2005, he was allegedly a sex addict and after being in therapy for a while, they just had to part ways.

Heaven – A Very Long Way To Get There & Why Have Christians Turn God into an Assassin?

Heaven

Does the designation, “Christian,” denote someone of sound character who is honest, godly and peace-loving; one of virtue or full of vices? The truth is it does not!!! If one cannot even treat a fellow man/woman as a human being…how can one even be Christ like?

An Indian philosopher (Mahatma Gandhi) once said: “I love your Christ but I hate your Christians because your Christians are unlike your Christ.” Let me safely assume that he had some pastor/Christian friends, but what he saw in their characters and behaviours must have shocked him. There are good ‘Christians’ (very few) and the fake ones. Indeed, many professing Christians are much more dishonest and deceitful than the average unbeliever.

We seem to forget that people are supposed to be drawn to Christ because of what they see in us. We move our mouths in prayer, but our hearts are of immovable stones, filled with deception and garbage. Truth appears to have taken a long flight to Mars. Nothing is sacrosanct anymore. The worst part is that we even lie to ourselves.

First of all we don’t love our neighbour as ourselves! What most of us Christians regard as prayers and spend the quarter of our lifetime doing is nothing but incantations that should never be heard in churches but in shrines and witches’ covens and in some cases fetish practices have been introduced in the name of prophetic actions or acts of faith – completely unbiblical.

We turn God into an assassin to uproot people from positions they’ve worked very hard for…and as for our enemies, we’re always calling death to come and take them away…so which table will ‘God prepare before us in the presence of our enemies’ when we’re killing  them off? These enemies are destroyed with fanfare at every night vigil, only for them to resurrect again and again. Christians spend a lifetime engaged in this outrage, conveniently forgetting “bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.”

She Has A Gucci Bag Worth £3000 & Yet She Has Less Than £100 in Savings…

black_women_shopping

Do contemporary young black women have any idea regarding priorities and the increasing fight to break the chain of poverty?

As a black man who completed University few years ago and still struggling to climb the career ladder out here in Europe, I understand passion does not always pay the bills and therefore, I must do the jobs I am not passionate about to be able to find grounds for my passion.

I love music and I hope to become a music producer or executive one day. In fact, I want to start with a recording studio and that is why I pump every little cash I make from the job I hate into buying my studio equipments.

I’ve cut down on the number of clothes I buy and I do not go near the expensive designer ones. I have a great taste for high fashion but if I want to break the chain of poverty, I understand I need to invest into my future and make savings a priority.

I recently met a young Ghanaian woman who relocated to Europe with her parents when she was 7 years—and has not been to Ghana since.

Apart from our common heritage, we shared a lot and had closely related plans of becoming our own boss, taking into our hands our destiny and future.

Conceptually, we seemed identical and the conversation always took interesting directions—but there was a problem.  Just like the many young black women I knew in University, Lydia also loved the expensive designers and mixed the fake ones with the few real ones she had.
