The above photo has gotten me a little confused. For these years that Yvonne Nelson has been said to be bleaching or tampering with her skin, she has on a number of occasion argued, that it is the cameras that make her look lighter. She has consistently stated that, when it comes to Twitter and Instagram (social media), she uses filters to make her pictures appear fairer than she actually is—and this is despite the fact that those who have recently spotted her continue to assert that, home girl is up to something…
So when I came across this photo, I got a little confused as to how the camera or filters work. How come Jackie Appiah and the others look dark (as we know them to be) and Yvonne is fair (not as knew her). I am wondering if you can snap a photo of a group of people and tell the camera’s light to make one person fair and others dark…
Also, those of you who use filters on Instagram and Twitter, how does it work? Using a filter, can you pick one person in a group photo and make just that person fair or when you use it, everyone will have to change?

I saw Yvonne for the first time at Heathrow last month and I can personally say she is not this light when you see her in person.
It maybe true that she has lighten up but when i saw her it wasn’t as light as i’ve always seen in pictures.

Jackie has always been dark and still is she just needs a stylist for the right make up.. I saw yvonne and she’s lighter compared to before but in person is quiet better than her instagram pictures. At least she has listen to the public advice, so now no more bleaching of skin.
Yes both Jackie and Yvonne has lighten up but Chris will never say that about Jackie,i read it on Ghanaweb that he said he has crush on her,this is not crush you are obsessed with her and this obsession got to stop before you mention her name in bed whiles sleeping with your wife or better go marry her she is single now and leave Yvonne alone
Oh please wrong info i met jackie not so long ago and she’s very darkkkkk please don’t conclude what you not sure of. Her make up is always lighter than her skin she needs a professional stylist. Am not scared of jackie would have contributed if it was true but she’s not bleaching please.

I really worked with Yvonne Nelson on a movie and I can say for sure that she has tampered with her complexion. She has and if you see her you can know. However, she is not this fair. Yvonne has used something but she has not become this so so white. All the same bleaching and skin lightening is bad. Yvonne must stop

Well finally yvonne and Jackie are back on good terms. I like that, Sisters in the industry are supposed to be one and there for eachother.

To be fair Jackie does look a lot lighter here so I guess in this instance I will allow Yvonne as it looks as though it’s the lighting of the image coz gurl look you Pale!! lol. Honestly if Yvonne had come out from the start and said I bleach now f off and mind your own business she would not get so much hassle. I don’t agree with it but being dishonest about it is the issue…but ultimately it really her own business and only affects her. Of course the media cares about such, Western media even reports on Beyonce mysterious skin tone so Yvonne cannot expect that the media will ignore this hence I think just saying it will get them off her back.
