Ghanaian actress-Juliet Ibrahim and sister-Sonia Ibrahim attended this year’s City People Entertainment Awards which was held in Lagos this evening.
Juliet Ibrahim won the 2014 ‘Best Actress Ghana’ award by beating Yvonne Okoro, Yvonne Nelson, Jackie Appiah, Nadia Buari, Martha Ankomah and Nana Ama McBrown.
Sonia Ibrahim missed out on the ‘Most Promising Actress of the Year’ award.
The two sisters kept their appearance elegant with Juliet Ibrahim showing off a bit of skin—but tastefully done. Her red hair gave her that diva look.

hmmm good for her if i were to judge or rank, Juliet would have remained the average but is all up to those experience judges. Why wont she win tho? when she’s always flirting with the producers 24/7 in lagos and leaving the innocent man behind Ghana. I suspect something Fishy about this awards. She definitely can’t beat Nadia, Jackie, nana ama mcbrown and Martha. We will find out soon.
I said she slept with somebody when she won the most beautiful girl in west africa but people said I was hating. I don’t know who she competed against not even sure where that came from. Now the best actress? What a joke. All our Ghana actresses should take offense in this because they work hard in their acting and she sleeps around to get titles and awards while being one of the worst actress. It is an insult to all the great ones. We will find out how long she will be able to sleep her way up.

You Ghana people need to be careful and need to stop writing hurtful things about your actresses. These actresses are humans and they have feelings.
They read all the blogs too.
If any one is not too happy about the way an actress acts, that person is free to join the club and start acting too instead of sitting on the internet and writing hateful things about these actresses who just want to earn a living like any one else.
We Nigerians hardly do shit like this.
Everyday you guys just write nonsense about your beautiful actresses in an attempt to dampen their spirit. Why? Is it jealousy or what?
This is not fair and you guys need to stop.
If you guys don’t appreciate them, we Nija people do and we wish all your actresses can become Nigerians, so that they can leave all the hate behind them.

Is it the best team that always win the World Cup? No.
Is it the best student in a class that always take the 1st position? No.
There are so many factors that are considered in competition to enable judges pick a winner.
You Ghana folks need to stop whinning and you all need to appreciate what you have.
I wish all your actresses can all relocate to Nija and become Nigerians, so that we Nigerians can have all of them for keeps.
