For those who may not be aware, the 2013 Miss Ghana winner-Guiseppine Baafi has already resigned and it has come to light that the two runner-ups (1st and 2nd) have also resigned from their respective positions—in fact, the runner-ups resigned somewhere last year.

According to the 2nd runner-up- Crystal Selorm Amudzi who spoke on Peace Fm’s Entertainment Review this afternoon, together with her colleague, they resigned from their positions last year when they realized the Miss Ghana beauty pageant boat was deeply sinking…

Asked about what pushed them to resign, Crystal Selorm Amudzi said, the” reasons are many”. She added that, they did not even receive any of the promised prize items, ranging from official cars they were each promised to be given for use during their reign, opportunity to live in the Miss Ghana House, and a cash reward of GHC 2000 and GHC 1500 as well as other items.

In the long running history of the Miss Ghana beauty pageant, this is the first time we have had the winner, and the two runner-ups resign from their positions.

RE: Ghana is FOR SALE, Who Wants to Buy? | The Chinese, the Koreans or the Americans?

sellers in Ghana

Hello Chris,

I love your article titled “Ghana is FOR SALE, Who Wants to Buy? | The Chinese, the Koreans or the Americans?”, but selling Ghana to the highest bidder won’t even change the seeming social economic plight of the common man on the street.

The reason is simple, Ghanaian are consumer oriented people. Our work ethic is basically nil, the leaders and the average Ghanaian have no capacity to create anything new that will be beneficial to the present or future. Ghanaians seek divine intervention to all their problems without seeking any practical cause of the problem.

Everyone cry against corruption everywhere; whereas every Ghanaian is practically corrupt by birth.

Could anyone point to one single Ghanaian that think of what he or she can do for mother Ghana, rather than what such individual could get out of Ghana?

PHOTOS + What is WRONG With Our Male Ghanaian Celebrities Who Are Sending Photos of their Ding Dongs to Women Via BBM & Whatsapp| 3 Sets of Private Part Photos of 3 Ghanaian Celebrities Received

Celebrity Ding Dong
Celebrity Ding Dong

18:00

It is really unbelievable the sort of photos and videos that our actors have been sending out…And from the various screenshot conversations we’ve gone through so far, most of these men are asking for MONEY from the women—-let’s say, trying to scam the cash out of them. And that probably explains why the women are upset…

Hmmm11
Ghanaian Actor

update

In less than 24 hours, GhanaCelebrities.Com has received 3 set of ding dong photos of Ghanaian Celebrities that were sent to some girls these celebrities were flirting on Whatsapp/BBM with—and for some reason, the women have decided to put them on blast.

Shockingly, one of such male celebrities is a top radio presenter in Accra—and he sent the nasty ding dong photos to a girl he chats to in America, talking to her about how he will slay her down when he meets her. What a mess…

And the next set of photos are of a Ghanaian actor which came with his black berry chats and a photo of a movie script he was reading at the time he took the photos of the ding dong (See the script above). The movie script was for Devil in the Dress—and the same actor is alleged to have acted in Yvonne Nelson’s Single & Married. Pretty nasty too…

The thing is, adults can play adult games and send all manner of photos to their playing partners but for Christ sake, why send such photos to a woman in America who you’ve not even finishied charming or why go out there talking BS about these women, when you know this is the relationship you have with them? Of course, they will put you on a blast by sending your private photos to GhanaCelebrities.Com, who wouldn’t do that?

From what we’ve been told, the actor is more of a Kiss and Tell person, bragging about women he has chopped—-and even those he has not chopped, he goes about claiming he has knocked the pot. And that is why his private BBM chats together with the photos of the ding dong has been leaked to GhanaCelebrities.Com.

The said Kumawood Actor

And the third person; I think I should leave that for now…But I can say, he is a Kumawood actor!

I do not have any interest in these ding dong photos of the actors and they do not give me any private pleasure as a man, so I will probably get rid of them. If it was some nekkid photos of the actresses, then we would have probably added them to our celebrity scandal archives.

Why Are Africans the Biggest Hypocrites? Is Christianity & Islam Not Just As Foreign as Lesbianism?

lesbians

Hello Mr. Chris-Vincent,

In a world where people have rights and freedom by virtue of the fact that they are humans, including the freedom to choose their sexual partners—be it same sex or opposite, Africans (especially Ghanaians) are stuck in their ignorance and continue to deny people like myself a God given right to make a choice.

I am in my mid 30s living in Europe who has been with same sex partners since I was 18  and after ending my 6 years relationship with my partner from the Caribbean, I decided to find a Ghanaian as a partner. And this is when I begun hearing all manner of absurd excuses, the reason why I am writing this open letter.

Through a male friend of mine-Kojo, I met a young beautiful University student and traveled to Ghana to meet her. She is such a beautiful, caring and honest person but she lives in total fear—not that she has committed any offense but because she is a lesbian just like me and the several others in the world.

She has to hide what she is, her choice, her preference and her personality in order not to be hurt by her people. What sort of new age of oppression is this?

VIDEO: Davido Says He Did Not Receive His BET Awards Backstage But at A Pre-Show | As If that is Any Better

Davido Wins 2014 BET Award
Davido Wins 2014 BET Award

Pre-showing, Post-showing, After-showing or whatever you can think of, why is it so for a whole continent with just one slot?

The biggest problems Africans have is the fact that, when something is wrong, we cannot see it or probably we see it but we are not bold enough to stand up for ourselves—-the reason why our continent, though the richest remains the poorest in the world.

A big continent like Africa has just one category at the yearly BET Awards and yet, the organizers have not found the need, respect and urgency to make sure we are given the highest platform of recognition by giving this single award on the main stage.

It started with African award winners being handed their plaques backstage to what Davido seems to be happy with, and explains as pre-show awarding.

So basically, before the main awards starts to give the maximum respect and recognition to winners, a ‘shabby’ award is recorded in front of empty chairs where African winners among others are given their awards, recorded to be played later.

Surely BET cannot give every single award on their main stage because of logistic and time factors but with just a single award for the whole goddam Africa which will take 2 minutes to be given on stage, there is no reasonable defence for their actions, except lack of respect for our African acts.
