SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD: Married Man is Ordered By Court in China to Pay Woman £3,000 Compensation For Violating Her ‘Right to V*rginity’ After Lying to Her that He Was Single

I have grown to love the communist State of China, and it is not because of the various fake products they cheaply make available for us. It is because their Courts seem to have a weird way of tackling issues, such as the one below…

A married Chinese man has been ordered by a Court to pay a woman £3,000 compensation for ‘violating her right to v*rginity’ because the man pretended to be single when they slept together.

For the over 7 years I’ve studied law, this is the second time I have across a right to v*rginity and I believe it is an inalienable right in China…

If the West adopts this seemingly new RIGHT, I am sure many of us men would have to pay out each month—and perhaps, it will keep us in check.

So basically, if you go lying to a woman that you are single and she believes this—and relying on your misrepresentation, she sleeps with you, you have violated her right to v*rginity, that is if she was a v*rgin. And I guess if she is a not a virgin, she can equally argue, a violation of her right to temporal virginity.

So this is what happened; the man, identified only by his surname Li, was fined at Pudong New Area People’s Court in Shanghai yesterday and told he will have to write his younger lover an apology during sentencing.

The couple first met online five years ago but did not begin a relationship until September last year, at which Li told the woman – whose surname was given as Chen – that he was a bachelor.

Are you familiar with such lies? Make sure you do not go about lying to women in China—or else, you will be caught by this.

Interestingly, the Chinese court rejected Li’s claim that the couple had not had a sexual relationship and found him guilty of taking Chen’s virginity by deception. Many men I know are guilty of this….

The Court stated among other things that, v*rginity was a civil right that must be protected, adding that having sex with Li had negatively impacted on Chen’s health and reputation.

I think the man should have counterclaimed for; payment for the enjoyment he offered to Chen, giving each minute of moaning and screaming a monitory value…LOL
