Earlier this week, R&B star-Ashanti stepped out looking nothing less than amazing in a navy blue bodycon Michael Costello dress. And her curves were on full display. After 14 years, BET has decided to end its flagship show-106 & Park which has in the past been hosted by AJ & Free, Terrence J & Rocsi, and currently Bow Wow & Keisha Chante.
The music/variety show will stop airing in its traditional form from 19th December, 2014 but for the true fans, they can be able to watch the show online—as its life will very much be on the internet.
For many, this is inevitable since the exit of Terrence J & Rocsi who took with them the interest the show had.
Dtephen Hill, BET’s President of Music Programming and Specials said;
After having been granted divorce this year from his wife of over 10 years-Henrietta Ama Mensah—and having been compelled by court to put his plush Trassaco Valley Estates mansion in Accra up for sale so to share the proceeds with his ex-wife, Ghanaian footballer-John Mensah has remarried today in Accra…
Perhaps, this shows that the ex-wife was really telling the truth when she accused John Mensah of having abandoned her and their kids without any financial support—so he can go about cheating.
Interestingly, the divorce petition which was filed in Accra cited infidelity alongside John Mensah having neglected his fatherly responsibilities by leaving the total upkeep of their children to Henrietta alone at their Trasacco residence.
Savio Kabuga’s ninth minute headed goal was all it took to humble a very poor and unmotivated Black Stars in their AFCON 2015 qualifier against the Cranes of Uganda, in Kampala.
It was a litmus test for the team, who were playing without captain Asamoah Gyan for the first time in a long while. Those who were on the lookout for how this team would look without its captain and talismanic goal scorer; it’s not a pretty sight.
But they choked on the big stage without their captain, turning in a putrid performance that led to a deserved defeat. This means Uganda have taken four out of a possible 6 points off the Black Stars in this qualifying series.
The game started with an abundance of caution from both sides. Ghana had an early corner kick which was wasted, leading to Uganda showing them how it’s done just a few minutes later.
