Kwaw Kese is surely in for the worse—as his latest ploy to secure bail did not work.

Yesterday, it emerged that Kwaw Kese was rushed to the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, after complaining of a serious stomach upset—but a lawyer GhanaCelebrities.Com spoke to at the time told us; this is a common known legal tactics employed to secure court bails after ordinary attempts have been unsuccessful.

The female Accra based lawyer said; once the detainee has been admitted to the hospital and has a doctor’s report to back his bail request, judges normally grant the requested bail.

Just this morning, Kwaw’s legal team made an application to a Kumasi High Court, requesting for a bail to be granted on health grounds but the court threw out the case—saying, the lawyer even failed to produce a medical report to support the bail request.

Kwaw Kese is currently in a police cell in Kumasi, awaiting trail for narcotic related offences—including smoking of a substance alleged to be weed and smoking such a substance in public…
