Despite how ridiculous a set up claim is, Gary Nimako one of KKD’s lawyers is reported as having said, though he wouldn’t name the people they believe designed the set-up, the team believe their client was set up.
Is this not the time KKD’s lawyers ought to shut up about the case since KKD in his apology letter asked the media and the public to leave the young girl and her family alone?
Such statements make it seem; the girl is a goddam liar…

Hmm I expected his lawyer to know better but I guess they’re out to do damage control for their famous client who has fallen out of grace with us the Ghanaian citizenry.I guess I will leave Ghanaians to draw their own conclusions in their bedrooms.I think our learned friend forgot the case is still in the courts even though they seem to have had it their way,in our legal abiding country,where the system is well laid and smooth.This should have happened in Europe or even Asia hmmm asem beba dabi.Who are we to judge?I just hope we learned as a country for this saga.Put the legal structures and parameters in place,make the laws on rape clearer and help protect the rights of our mothers and daughters,instead of manipulating and jubilating.
whatever the outcome of this case, KKD has lost my respect for good. his character is now very questionable to me now.
Even if the girl comes out again to say it wasn’t rape but consensual, the question I still ask is “is KKD so reckless with his life that he met a complete stranger in the evening and managed to have sex with her WITHOUT PROTECTION?”
the unprotectedness of the case is what really surprises me.
