HOT SHOTS: Kris Jenner…59 & Still Looking FAB

Kris Jenner
Kris Jenner

The Kardishians’ mother-Kris Jenner turned heads with her embellished Emilio Pucci gown last night when presented an award at the National Television Awards…

At 59, Jenner can compete on the red carpet with those in their 30s—and last night at the London’s 02 Arena, she showed the Londoners how it’s done in Hollywood; glamour and style…

Despite her FAB appearance, she struggled to mentioned almost every word during her award representation—she incorrectly referred to Geordie Shore as ‘Georgie Shore’ while reading out the nominees.

Perhaps, she had too much wine but that couldn’t take away from her hotness…

THE BIG QUESTION: Who Regulates Teacher-Student Romantic Relationships in Ghana?

blank

When I was in JSS and SSS in Ghana, I knew more than three people (students) who were in romantic relationships with teachers—and though it was not really out there for everyone to know, it was not really a secret too.

I did not think anything of these relationships between my classmates and teachers—and I didn’t even think it was wrong for a teacher to be dating a student until I travelled to USA.

Out here, it is against standard rules in many institutions for teachers to be sleeping with students/pupils—let alone, hold long lasting romantic relationships.

I have heard of several teachers who have been banned from teaching forever for having affair with their students/pupils—and it is not that these students were under age or anything, it is plainly not allowed no matter the age.

Efya may not be knocking us with hit songs as we desire—but she is definitely hitting us with these promo photos and she looks really good in them.

Shot by Rodney Quarcoo, the songstress gives her face that interesting look—and you cannot miss her lips which she intentionally keeps the apart.

When it comes to music, many believe she is exceptionally talented but somehow, she is not able to break the orders…

The Infected Roots Are Spreading to the Other Parts Of The Tree | My Shocking Experience in Ghana Involving the Police…

Ghana Police
Ghana Police

Hello Chris-Vincent,

I do not know how to narrate this story, but also there is no way I can keep silent about it. Not being a resident who resides in Ghana, for years when I hear people preach about corruption in Ghana, I took it lightly (being naïve), but with what happened to a friend, I can now understand that the type of corruption people are complaining about is not a level one, either is it a level two or three, but rather something that has become a mindset and a culture of our people in power.

This incident happened two weeks into my arrival in Ghana for my short internship. Upon my arrival, I stayed in one of Accra’s shall I call it decent hotels in an area I will only give a couple letters of the name “Abe”. Everything was going well, until a big incident happened that completely made me loss trust and respect for Ghana police in that area, I mean I believe it is probably not the only place in Ghana such things happens, but these people blew my mind with their actions. I went out and was asked by the receptionist to check my room to see if everything was in order as I have left it.

My friend asked me to check my room and I arrived in my room with everything completely in order, (thank God). I rushed to ask what had happened and my friend (receptionist) explained to me that some people who were blind whom I have had several encounters with and are in Ghana to host a program have had items stolen.

The type of stuff am talking about are passports, laptops which contained important documents, iPhones, money and many more. They reported incident to the police. The police arrived within an hour, asked the receptionist what had happened in which he told them; he had just started his shift and that only two gentlemen had returned their hotel keys since he started working.

The police went up to look at what had happened, came back and arrested the receptionist. I asked the police officer what charges he was arresting the guy for, what evidence have they gotten against the guy that he is the one who did the stealing and why has he not read him his rights. The policeman in awe, was shocked at someone questioning his actions just as Chris-Vincent’s article “Opanin is Always Right….in My Back Side” reported. No one questions the elderly.

London Police Are After the Butt of KKD’s Brother for Threatening A Lady Who Aired Her Opinion On the KKD’s Rape Sage

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njXL0zxiQO0

Anyone who has strong opinions in relation to anything Ghanaian/Ghana and cannot contain such opinions would know about the bullying tactics of Ghanaians—which mostly come in a form of threats and intimidation.

Occasionally, they would threaten you with legal suits when they do really have any case, just because they do not like your opinion about them or their activities.

Mostly, they will come to you with insults, threats and all manner of 17th century coercion schemes to scare you into not airing your opinions—no wonder a lot of Ghanaians do not have opinions and continue to endure the increasing national hardship in absolute silence.

A certain UK based woman- Dilys Fit Chic Sillah who runs a Youtube opinion channel has reported threats from Kwesi Kyei Darkwah’s UK based brother- Yaw A. Darkwah to the Metropolitan police and Yaw’s butt is currently being thoroughly investigated.

Apparently, this Youtuber received several threats from KKD’s brother and friends via social media for sharing her opinion on the KKD rape saga—which she mostly linked it to a general ‘educative’ discussion on rape.

According to AdomFM, the lady reported “the matter to Facebook and also to the London Metropolitan Police on Tuesday January 20, 2015. The case reference number at the LMP is CAD7285/20-01.

The police followed up to her house on Wednesday January 21, 2015 and picked up the evidence against Yaw Darkwah and his trolls. The evidence comprised of about 40 different insulting and treacherous Facebook message.”

Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) was in Court this morning still in relation to his alleged rape charges—and when he thought everything was working to his favour, the State has insisted on prosecuting him for rape even though the alleged victim has written a letter to the Attorney General to express her dis-interest in case which many thought would have led to the case being dropped.

In Court today, Wilberforce Asare mentioned that the State Prosecutors are not discontinuing the trial and as such requested for one week to enable them serve KKD with a bill of indictment and summary of evidence for trial to commence…

Daily 2015 AFCON Round-Up: Hosts Play Put Second Straight Draw, Congo Wins

Congo Vrs Gabon
Congo Vrs Gabon

The second round of group stage games commenced with edgy Group A clashes that did little to separate the teams in the Group, with all four sides still in which a chance of making the next round.

The early game saw hosts Equatorial Guinea taking on 2013 finalists Burkina Faso, a game that ended in a sterile goalless draw. Gabon took on Congo in the second game, and Claude Le Roy’s side emerged victorious with a single goal from Prince Oniangue to put them on top of the group.

The hosts played out a 1-1 draw in their first game, and were thus hoping to take a commanding position with a win; but Burkina Faso themselves needed a positive result and impressively matched Equatorial Guinea throughout the 90 minutes.

Being a Ghanaian SUCKS—And Here Are the 14 Reasons

blank
Greedy Lying Bastards

Of course there are a lot of interesting things you get when you are a Ghanaian but these things do not come anywhere close to those important things you may never get in your entire life—and that really sucks.

As a Ghanaian, you may get to enjoy some regular delicious ‘wakyee’ and even that, you have to be careful else you would catch some Cholera, a disease that was eradicated from places like the UK over 100 years ago…

To highlight my ‘appreciation’ of the depreciating nature of Ghana and its citizens, I have put together my 14 reasons why it SUCKS to be a Ghanaian…

1. You Become A Threat to Every Developed Country & Their Embassies

You may not have realized this because you have not thought about travelling to any of the developed countries before—or even if you have, you are NOT smart enough to notice the big signpost on your own forehead which reads; ‘I am a Ghanaian so beware’.

My two friends are currently on a world travel and they have less than 2000 pounds each but every country they planned visiting will grant them entry and they acquired several visas for the few countries that their British passports wouldn’t automatically grant them entry without any hustle.

If you are a Ghanaian and you even have huge cash sitting in your bank with countless reasons why you want to visit any developed country, they still find it difficult to grant you a visa—because you are basically a threat to these countries and if you are easily allowed in there, they think you wouldn’t return to Ghana as you’ve told them.

So you are not just a threat to their country, they see you as a liar by default (you have to prove to them you are not a liar) and also, you are regarded as someone who wants to become an illegal immigrant in their country.

Even if you are lucky to be granted the visa, more troubles and questioning await you when you reach the airport of your destination. They change the same questions around just to trick you into lying because they believe you are a goddamn liar by virtue of being a Ghanaian.

Of course I would be suspicious of someone coming into my country where I have consistent water and electricity supply, good roads and an effective all round system—especially if the person is coming from a place like Ghana where electricity can’t flow for just a week without interruption. And a place where women who deliver by cesarean section in the best government hospital-Korle Bu have to still climb stairs the very day to take their bath, as my friend recently stated.

2. You Live With Those Who Hate the TRUTH

If you ever decide to go out there looking for the biggest hypocrite in life and you meet a Ghanaian, turn back—you have met who you are looking for.

If all the stories in the Bible were true stories, Ghanaians would have been part of the Pharisees — the social and political movement during the Second Temple period.

We are the biggest hypocrites out there in the world and if you think otherwise, then that is just a confirmation of what I just said. You are simply being a hypocrite and will always hate the truth.
