Whenever Bruce Jenner has been in the news recently, it has been in relation to his impending sex change; until yesterday, when he was unfortunately involved in an accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

TMZ learnt one person died on the scene, after Bruce rammed into the back of a white Lexus that was stopping for a red light. The driver of that car was a woman, the sole fatality of the crash.

After Bruce hit her car, she slammed into a white Prius, before skidding into incoming traffic where she was hit by a Hummer. There were four cars in total involved in the crash, with eight people involved, all of whom sustained some sort of injury.

TMZ further reports Bruce was being chased by about five paparazzi at the time of the accident. Police have already determined the Jenner clan patriarch was not speeding, and a breathalyzer test also showed he had not been drinking.

Moving forward, police also plan to obtain a search warrant for his phone, to determine if he might have been texting at the time of the accident. Bruce himself is fine and sustained no major injuries from the clash.
