Seems the battle lines in the ongoing Birdman-Lil Wayne feud is being drawn, and the various actors are showing where their allegiance lies.

Not that it’s any surprising, but Nicki Minaj is sticking by her mentor Lil Wayne, as opposed to her boss Birdman; that’s if events over the weekend are any indication.

Nicki Minaj held a pre-Grammy’s bash over the weekend in West Hollywood, and according to TMZ, Baby and his entourage made an appearance, only to be turned away by security.

According to the site, “Birdman and his very big crew were turned away from Nicki Minaj’s pre-Grammy party in West Hollywood early Sunday, and cops raced over to make sure things didn’t get out of hand”

They arrived around 1:45am, when the club’s gates are closed at 2. With a good fifteen minutes to spare, they were still turned away; and it seems that might have been Nicki’s doing.

TMZ certainly seems to think so, indicating that the fact Birdman was turned away, in the midst of such a public feud, is a big deal. Young Money’s artistes are surely more Weezy inclined than Birdman inclined.

Lil Weezy sued his mentor Birdman for $8m in relation to delays in releasing his latest studio album, the Carter V. It remains to be seen what Birdman would do in response to this very public snub from his own artiste.
