Madonna Says She’d Let Her Children Try Drugs ‘in MODERATION’

Iconic singer-Madonna had a great fall at Wednesday’s Brit Award which got a lot of people talking—Madonna has recorded for Jonathan Ross Show which will air in March and on the show, she talked about the fall and letting her children try drugs.

Most parents will take the ‘no try’ approach as they seek to prevent their children from what they see as bad but the musician seems to have an alternative resolution, which is, allow children to try things in moderation and they will be able to make a good decision themselves.

On the show, Madonna said ‘I am not a big fan of drugs. They just don’t suit me,’ she confessed. ‘The handful of times I have tried drugs, many many many many years ago, I just didn’t enjoy it. I wanted it out of me. I started guzzling bottles of water thinking that was going to end it.’

Piers Morgan has never been particularly shy about making his opinions known, no matter how unpopular they might seem. Being a television personality, that attitude has propelled him to the top of his profession.

It is that same attitude he brings to his column on MailOnline, where he tears into all sorts of issues. The latest tirade he dropped on pop icon Madonna, who at 56 still tries to be a sort of sultry, Rihanna type artist when clearly age isn’t on her side.

Piers touched on many issues, her love of displaying her ‘goods’ in public, bizarre publicity stunts involving her children, and several other stunts he feels the pop singer should be too old and matured to be doing.

“I’ve watched this undeniably supremely gifted woman descend into a pantomime freak, on and off stage.

As her music has got less popular…- so her stunts have grown more grotesque, desperate and riddled with outrageous hypocrisy”

He goes on to list a litany of the pop star’s alleged infractions, including posting a picture online of her 13 year old son clutching a bottle of gin captioned, ‘the party has begun’, baring her boobies in Turkey, waving her n*ked backside to fans in Italy; and the most recent one at the Grammy’s where she showed her fishnet stocking-ed backside to the world on the red carpet.

“She then pranced about on stage in a corset, thrusting her breasts and pelvis about like an ageing hooker in an Amsterdam red-light district window.”

For those who are blinded by their love for God and religion, they may not be able to spot the nonsense being paraded in Ghana in the name of God—but ex president Jerry John Rawlings does not want to be part of those who cannot see beyond their noses.

Association of Nurses and Midwives in Ghana paid a courtesy call on the former president and his family, and during their conversation, J. J Rawlings said “Look at the corrupt nonsense that is even happening in the name of God: watch those things just to see how far we are degenerating as a people,” Mr Rawlings said when the Association of Nurses and Midwives paid a courtesy call on the former first family.

Even characters like Obasanjo of all people, instructed when he was in office that none of these things will be featured on TV unless it could be proven to be scientifically true…otherwise when you show it on TV, you are perpetuating the wrong.”

It may have taken Dr. Mensa Otabil a lot to have made this pronouncement but it’s true—Ghana has become a nation of disappointment and it gets worse with each day passing by…

For many Ghanaians, there is no more hope left and even the Chinese with quick-fix abilities cannot take Ghana out of this predicament.

Known for his sharp comments as well as his excellent motivational messages, the Founder of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Dr Mensa Otabil has stated that Ghana has become a country of disappointment.

Mensa Otabil made this comment at this year’s springboard national convocation in Accra, saying, “For most people of my age, we have always had hope of greatness for our country, but unfortunately the older we get the more that hope gets dimmed.”

Celebrities are known for telling all manner of lies to hype their reputation and it seems Lupita Nyong’o and her stylist have bitten more than they can chew with the dress she wore to the recently held Oscars…

The Calvin Klein pearl dress Lupita wore was said to have the value of between $150,000 and $10 MILLION—but it seems it’s not even worth a thief’s time.

After a thief stole the dress and returned it owning to the fact he could not make a dime from the dress contrary to the above price which was attached to the dress as a result of the pearls, Law enforcement has told TMZ that “Calvin Klein’s people never told them if the pearls were real or fake.”

Apparently, the only person who represented the pearls as real and valued the dress at $150K was Lupita’s stylist.

It’s official, Ama K. Abebrese is on a world tour—she has in less than 5 days moved from Ghana to Jamaica, then from Jamaica to Mexico—and the last time we checked, she was in Havana, Cuba.

Embittered Ghanaian filmmaker, Socrate Sarfo has hit hard at the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Honourable Abla Dzifa Gomashie.

It is already in the news that some creative art pundits are calling for the creative arts ministry to be shut down because it has failed to deliver on its mandate or make astronomical impact on the industry or stakeholders in the creative arts industry.

Speaking on Channel R’s 205 Total Entertainment, Socrate Sarfo, who is one of the showbiz personalities who campaigned for NNP candidate Nana Akufo Addo with a group name Creative Arts for Change CAC, said he will be glad if the current NDC government loses power come 2016 so that NPP will come into office.

“I pray this government lose come next year so that Nana Addo can come into office and save the situation. You put us in this situation and expect to come to us next year so we vote for you! It won’t happen! We won’t vote for them come 2016!”

In case you did not know, the public circulation of n*ked pictures or videos in Ghana – whether willingly or unwillingly, accidentally or deliberately, constitutes a criminal offence! The Criminal Act is clear on public obscenity, n*dity, publication and or circulation.

“A person who publishes or offer for sale an obscene book, writing, or representation commits a misdemeanor”- section 280 of Criminal Offences Act, 1960.(Act 29) Section 281 (1) of Act 29 also states that “A person commits a misdemeanor.

“(a) for the purpose of or by way of trade, or for the purpose of distribution or public exhibition , makes , produces, or has in his possession any one or more obscene writing , drawings , prints , paintings, printed matter, picture, emblem , photographs, cinematography films or other obscene objects.

Did Lupita really wear a fake dress and passed it off as a $150,000 one?

You’ll recall the actresses’ stunning custom designed gown she wore to this year’s Oscars, and how it was stolen a short while later from her hotel room.

The gown was supposedly ‘custom designed by Francisco Costa, and was adorned with 6,000 natural white pearls’

Well TMZ reports the gown was returned to the London Hotel in West Hollywood, where it was initially stolen. The thief called TMZ and told them the gown could be found, claiming it was a worthless fake.

It’s awards season again in Ghana, when Charter House and Vodafone honours the best in Ghana Music for the past calendar year.

The ceremony, slated for April, was launched in Accra Friday February 27, and unsurprisingly it is Ghana’s current undisputed king of rap Sarkodie who leads the pack with ten main nominations, aside countless others.

The new reggae/dancehall category of the year, whose inclusion somehow drew the ire of Shatta Wale’ manager Bulldog, has the ‘Dancehall King’ coldly left out. It’s obvious the problems between the two camps are not getting solved anytime soon.

Despite being MIA at the moment, Castro still managed to scoop up some nominations for himself…
