In an interview with Howard Stern on his show yesterday (March 11), Madonna opened up getting raped at the age of 19 when she first moved to New York City.

“I was going to a dance class and the door was locked and I needed money for the telephone, the pay phone,” the ‘Living For Love’ singer told Howard Stern. “[This man] gave it to me. He was a very friendly guy. He said, ‘Well I just live right across the street, do you want to make a phone call from my house'”

The guy took the Madonna, a young ingenue to his house and raped her at knife point.

The host then asked Madge whether she reported the case. She replied that she didn’t because it was “humiliating”.

“I was told that if I wanted to press charges, [I’d have to do a] physical examination, I have to go before the court, they are going to ask you all these personal questions. You’ve already been violated…So then do you want to talk about it? Do you want to make it public? No, it’s just not worth it. It’s too humiliating,” said the 56-year-old entertainer.

  1. madonna is right. Look at wat happened to KKD’s victim. She was torn to shreds by the public. Now ppl are finding out her hymen was even broken and raptures by tht beast KKD. The poor girl was even a virgin. Can u imagine how she must have felt all those weeks when she was attacked by the public and was suffering alone in silence? She never said a word. In her statement she nearly committed suicide if her church members were not there to counsel her. Let’s be more sympathetic to female rape victims because the psychological implication lasts forever on them.
