GhanaCelebrities.Com reported a few days ago that the long standing union between musician-Becca and Kiki Banso had collapsed—as the musician failed to renew a contract that entitles Kiki to be her manager.

Though Becca has not stated the reasons behind the failure to renew, the singer has told Graphic Showbiz that; it will be difficult without Kiki being part of her career but she will SURVIVE.

She also added that; “Kiki and I are still very good friends, we talk and meet anytime we want. We still have a very good relationship.”

“I decided not to renew the contract after it expired because I felt it is time to move on and I have done just that. I am not the first artiste to part ways with my manager. Good artistes around the world have done same and they have been successful as solo artistes. Michael Jackson, Beyoncé among others did it so I don’t see anything wrong with it,” the musician said.

For many, the Becca-Kiki relationship was beyond work as the two have on numerous occasion rumoured to be warming each other—to the extent that they were even reported some years ago as making plans to marry.
