It seems unfair that a little boy should be expected to fully comprehend what Jesus, an immortal spiritual being, experienced. In fact, it seems unfair to expect any human being to fully comprehend that act- and wasn’t the whole point of Jesus dying is that no human being had to suffer that fate?

Whatever.  A Catholic nun in Slovakia found out you cannot just indulge in child abuse under the guise of religion, after she was sacked from her school for the above act.

Mirror reports Sister Ludovita was conducting a religious education class at her school in Northern Slovakia. It being Easter and all, she was teaching about the suffering of Jesus, and called 7 year old Adam Celko to the front of the class.

Then to demonstrate how Jesus suffered, she stabbed him in the hand with a needle she had. Then she told the kids that’s how they would suffer too if they behave badly!

Of course the kid told his mom, who went to the school in a livid state to lodge a complaint. The nun was let go, and the school has promised to look into the incident. In her defence, the nun said she invited the students to voluntarily experience a piece of the pain Jesus must have felt.

Good thing they took swift action; maybe she might next have decided to demonstrate the crucifixion, who knows? Lol
