Over the last few weeks, I have seen that the various GC Staff members who write on the social media activities of our celebrities have descended into the gutters—featuring people like Moesha Boduong and her butt.
It’s difficult running a blog with so many writers without having to tell people they cannot write about what they feel like. Since I do not want to turn GhanaCelebrities.Com into some sort of virtual North Korea, as an Editor, I permit people to write on things which I absolutely disagree with. I guess that is the true essence of freedom of expression.
Moesha Boduong who they say is an actress (to be frank, I have never seen her in any movie before) has posted some new butt photos on social media and instead of allowing GC Staff-Abena Appiah Amoah running around with words for her—I have decided to end this nonsense with a new ‘PUT On BLAST’ column.
Have we gotten to a stage where people just become famous and receive constant publications by virtue of intentionally posting their butts, even if disgusting on social media?
When I look at the above photo, I see nothing; except a depress woman who has no self confidence—perhaps, she has butt confidence. Even that, tell her to take off that cloth and you will run away.
This sort of cheap publicity which is gaining roots with our celebrities and upcoming ‘stars’ should not be tolerated. What is there to celebrate or be excited about when someone just pushes her butt like this for a photo? Yet, it gets featured on here and many other platforms, so she continues to do it and others join the race for butt-showing-dom.
Instead of the usual hype posts for these local champs displaying such absurdity online—I intend to put those who engage in such things on BLAST on a regularly basis. Maybe, the shameful feature will keep those with little conscience in the dark.
Together, we can end this swift developing social media insanity, being championed by those people with a large following of mostly teenagers.
Putting her on blast is still publicity. She’s winning either way. I don’t even find her attractive big bum or not.

It’s obvious that this woman clearly has self-esteem issues which is why she exposes her body the way she does. A woman who has confidence and believes her would not carry herself that way. By the way, what actress? What movie did she star in cos I have never seen her.
Why she chooses to do that, I’ll never know. But I’m going to stay silent about this because it is her body and she’s allowed to do whatever she wants since it is her right. All I know is that she’s not going to gain respect for flaunting her assets like that. She will gain admirers from lustful eyes but that is about it.
