The speculation has been running for a while now,  and we finally have confirmation;  Kim K and Kanye are expecting again!

It’s certainly not been an easy road, especially as Kim has slight problems with fertility. Kim confirmed the news in the mid season finale of the family’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians show.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” she said.

Already guesses are flying in what the kid should be named. South West seems to be the early favourite.   LOL.
