Rick Ross was arrested in Georgia on Monday in his Bentley for misdemeanour possession of marijuana.
The Maybach Music Group boss was cruising in Fayette County when he was stopped by Police for an alleged tinted windows violation. Whilst talking to him, police smelled marijuana coming from his car, and thus had grounds for a search.
The search revealed ‘five marijuana cigarettes’, according to TMZ. The rapper was arrested and booked, and he’s set to be processed for court.
This is Ross’ second marijuana possession charge, after a prior 2014 arrest. He was also issued a citation for his tinted car glasses.
