The internet is full of these things—creams, which do not work but claim to make your boobies or bums big. Some claim to give an outstanding stamina to the men in bed and even some say, they can make your manhood as huge as a timber…

Someone on facebook tagged me with this photo and even though I cannot read what’s written on it—the requests and conversations together with the images point me to what the cream claims to do.

There was another one from the same sellers, which shows an enlarged dingdong of a man—indicating that, it can happily give you this.

Of course all the claims are ridiculous but what shocks me is the fact that a lot of people seem to want this cream. What at all have we become? Do we even care if these things have been clinically tested?

It’s everywhere at our lorry stations in Africa and now they’ve invaded facebook too…
