Now Blakk Rasta Is Calling For Legalisation Of Marijuana- Even MP’s And Presidents Smoke Wee

Blakk Rasta

Recently Kwaw Kesse made a 360 turn the likes of which had not been seen in a while. He called for the legalisation of marijuana, and revoked that call, all withint 24 hours.

But the man now known as Yakubu is not the first, and wouldn’t be the last, Ghanaian public figure to call for the legalisation of marijuana. It is an ongoing world debate in most countries.

Kwaw claimed 80% of Ghanaians smoked pot, a fishy statistic, but Blakk Rasta is here with his own. The outspoken presenter claims 80% of our legislators smoke the drug, so it is hypocritical of them to then turn around and support laws that ban it.

He was speaking on his show Taxi Driver on Hitz FM:

“There are about 80% of parliamentarians who smoke weed so why do people think those who smoke marijuana go mad.

“We can get a lot more products from marijuana than cocoa, marijuana doesn’t kill, we can use it for commercial purposes which Ghana can make a lot of money from.

“There are a lot of people in parliament who smoke but will want to remain unknown, people who smoke marijuana are presidents, so if your president is smoking marijuana how can you say someone will get mad”

What do you make of Blakk Rasta’s claims? Not exactly original, but do they have any merit?
