Mark Okraku Mantey Says Sarkodie is A ‘FRAUD’ | That Sarkodie’s ‘Illuminati’ Video Did Not Cost US$90,000 As Claimed

Of course that was an obvious fraudulent claim and to think that some people actually fell for it is pathetic. Sarkodie, though one of the most commercially successful Ghanaian musicians, cannot even boast of $90,000 sitting in his bank account—let alone to spend that on a single music video.

But this is Ghana, people say whatever they want and only a few have the sense and ability to ask the needed questions. The media is pretty useless in the sense that, we also buy into whatever it is that is thrown at us and we do not go beyond claims to establish the truth.

Politicians and celebrities lie each day and they get away with it. But it seems certain people are still not happy about the exaggerated claim by Sarkodie—we mean, his claim that he sent $90,000  on his ‘Illuminati’ music video a few years ago.

One of such persons is artiste manager-Mark Okraku Mantey who has in other words literally called Sarkodie a FRAUD—for fraudulent representation…

Speaking on Hitz FM’s Showbiz Review with Andy Dosty, Mark said, “We interact among ourselves in this industry and I can tell you that the $90,000 video Sarkodie said he shot is not true.”

Asked to substantiate his claims, Mark dared anyone who could prove otherwise to bring evidence and challenge him.

He said, “I won’t push further but whoever says I’m lying should bring his proof and I’ll also bring mine.”

You do not even have to have any industry connections to know that the 90,000 dollars claim was BS—once again, Sarkodie was lying to Ghanaians because we do not like to question things.

On Sarkodie’s New Guy song, Mark is reported to have said; ” Sarkodie’s songs produced in Ghana are better in terms of production compared to the ‘New Guy’.”
