WHAT A STATEMENT: ‘Mzbel’s Child Could Be For A Married Man + Pastor Josh Laryea Can Tell; – Peace Fm’s Kwasi Aboagye Asserts

Mzbel (1)

Host of Peace fm’s Entertainment Review, Kwasi Aboagye, has expressed what he feels could be hindering musician Mzbel from telling the public who the father of her son is.

On Neat fm’s Entertainment Ghana today, 23rd June, 2015, Kwasi, who feels Mzbel should just tell the public who the father of her son is, said “I suspect Mzbel got pregnant for a married man that is why she can’t tell the public who the father of her child is.

“She fears if she says it, it might bring problems. If she did not get pregnant for a married man, I see no reason why she can’t tell the public who the child’s father is.” Kwasi also made the point that, if Mzbel fails to tell the public who the child’s father is, this controversy will come again next time.

“This is not the first time Mzbel\s child’s father issue has come up. It came some years back and now here again. I feel she must come out now; else, it will come out 5 years to come.”

He also made the point that, he feels pastor Josh Lawyer can tell who the father of Mzbel’s child is.

In Other Developments:

UT Bank’s boss, Mr. Amoabeng was hosted exclusively on Joy FM and on the program, was asked if he is the father of Mzbel’s current son named Aaron. Mr. Amoabeng, who did not confirm nor deny having an intimate relationship with Mzbel, however denied having a child with her.

He said, “It is not true I have a kid with Mzbel.” The Johnny Walker ambassador, however, did not stop showering praises on her, describing her as “a very good person with a very nice personality.” Kofi Amoabeng also confirmed being “very close” with another TV personality on TV3, Nana Aba Anamoah.

On last week’s (20th June, 2015) edition of Viasat 1’s new talk show ‘Celebrity Fan Zone’ hosted by Jessica Saforo, presenter Caroline Simpson who was a panelist on the show, disclosed that UT Bank boss, Kofi Amaobeng, is the father of Mzbel’s son – and that, its Mzbel who disclosed that information to her.

“She was on my BBM so when she gave birth, I asked her who the father is and she said it’s Mr. Kofi Amoabeng, UT Boss.” When the host tried to assert that Mzbel might have confided in her, Caroline emphasized that “she did not confide. I pinged her and I was like chale how and she was like yeah (cheered)!”

As to why Mzbel disclosed such privileged information to her, Caroline, who was perplexed at Mzbel’s disclosure, said “I guess she taught I was going to say it on radio – for the listener but I was just asking and even did not expect her to tell me. So when she told me, I kind of realized it wasn’t a big deal to her – to keep it a secret.”

“Like I said, this is Mzbel telling me so I have no right to doubt her.” Though one of the panelists on the show, Chantelle, tried to make the point that celebrities should not make their personal business public, Caroline who also gave birth to a child whose father’s identity is not too known posited: “It does not matter. This is blood we are talking about.

“This is way too personal to go on radio and say you’re not if you are.”

We pray Mzbel comes out and announce who the father of her child is to forestall any future hubbub on this same ‘who is the father of Mzbel’s son’ resurrects. The truth shall come out someday.

  1. You see why Ghana as a nation is messed up? people won’t mind their own business and would focus on others life… an entire country accentuate an issue that anywhere else in the world no one would give a damn about.. If she freely opened her legs that’s her choice… get over it

      • Well come to London sir, where people go about their daily business without as much a care for anyone but themselves… am not disparaging her with my comment am just saying Ghanaians give prominence to issues like this rather than finding something that will benefit themselves..
