Bobbi Kristina passed away at the age of 22 after battling for her life for months in a coma.

Although the Houston-Brown family had known for a while that Bobbi Kristina was going to pass away, the news was still no less devastating.

In a short statement released through his lawyers, Brown calls the loss ‘unimaginable’, mourns his daughter the ‘angel’, and thanks everyone for their prayers and support.

“Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time,” the singer, 46, said in a statement released by his lawyer Monday. “My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable.”

“We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl.”

Bobbi died on Sunday at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Ga, on July 26, 2015, almost six months after she was found unconscious in a bathtub in her Roswell home situated in Georgia, reflecting the way her mom died.

According to reports, Bobbi was surrounded by her family members and loved ones as she departed from the land of the living.
