Detroit rapper Dex Osama, a well known associate of Meek Mill, was shot dead in a bout of violence outside a strip club on Monday morning.

Osama, 26, was reportedly coming out of the Crazy Horse gentleman’s club where a gunman was waiting for him.

He was shot twice, once in the chest and once in the stomach. Osama ran to a nearby gas station to radio for help, but was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Dex Osama was a promising up and coming rapper who had recently been co-signed by Dej Loaf and Meek Mill. Meek Mill took to Instagram to mourn his fallen protégé
