Victoria Hammah, aka ‘Madame one million dollars’, is back. Hammah’s scandals in this country are innumerable, but she seems to be plotting an underground comeback to rival the best you’ve ever heard of.

According to some unconfirmed rumours we’re hearing, Hammah has picked forms to contest the NDC parliamentary primaries in Kintampo North. The former deputy minister has apparently been laying some groundwork for a while now and feels she’s in good stead to emerge as the nominee for the NDC.

Ms Hammah contested the 2012 elections in Ablekuma West, but lost to another heavyweight Ursula Owusu. Perhaps she feels her hometown would be a better avenue for her entry into the legislature.

Victoria Hammah’s political career was largely considered dead after she was captured on tape making some serious revelations, including that her entire aim in politics is to earn a cool million bucks for herself.
