Chris Brown has been implicated in an assault case after a woman claimed she was assaulted and forcibly thrown off his tour bus.

The incident happened on Monday in Colorado, TMZ reports. Brown was shooting a music video with French Montana and Fetty Wap when the incident occurred.

The woman, who was not part of the production, claims she was forcibly thrown off the bus after refusing to give up her cell phone. There was a no cell phone rule in effect because producers did not want anyone secretly taking photos or video footage.

The woman reported a case of 3rd degree assault against the crew, and police are treating Chris Brown as a person of interest.
