Ghanaian lawyer and Television presenter Sandra Ankobiah says she is heartbroken after watching the Anas expose video of some officials in the Judiciary.

Sandra, who was at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) to watch what has been termed as the ‘Anas video’. took to her Instagram account to express her feeling saying;

“I’m extremely heartbroken after watching Anas’ video yesterday, as I’m sure a lot of people are too. At the risk of being prejudicial, let’s all bear in mind the phrase “innocent until proven guilty.” My heart breaks because a perceived corrupt judiciary undermines the rule of law, the stability of the country, and the integrity of our entire legal system. May true justice prevail. God bless our judiciary. God bless the legal profession. God bless Ghana.”

“I have officially left TV3’s breakfast show,New Day. My two-year contract has officially run out. Over the past 24 months, I worked with some of the most talented people in Ghana. Together we built New Day into an awesome television programme.

Another passion of mine, Law, is calling, which means I don’t get to renew my contract as much as I would have loved to. I am grateful to the management and staff of TV3 for the opportunity, and support.

The journey was incredible.”

  1. Why is this girl feigning surprise at the corrupt judiciary? In which country does she live in? She’s either delusional or a child. Ghana is a vile and corrupt place. Nothing in Ghana remains untainted by corruption. Even Christ’s message has been corrupted and turned to a profit making scheme. If you can corrupt God/Jesus’ teachings and laws, why not human law? Sandra and the rest should stop these pretences. Perhaps she and the rest are delusional and think they live in a clean and better country. Newflash Sandra, Ghana is a shithole and drowning in corruption. The profession you signed up for is equally corrupt and vile. That is the reality. And you cannot airbrush or photoshop it and post it on instagram/twitter/facebook like you do with your trips or visits.
    Like I said at another time, visiting Monaco and sailing across the Mediterranean doesn’t eliminate the fact that the country you live in is a shithole. That is reality. Monaco, Paris and laboutins will not change that. That’s why most of you, local celebs, make us laugh with your pictures.
    I live in Canada, I see the the Skydome, the CN tower and rest everyday. I know who owns them. Taking pictures and posting it on my facebook, so some ignorant Ghanaian will think I am ‘balling’ is stupid and inane. I don’t own them and I have no relationship with them. That is reality. Perhaps that is what you all need in Ghana. Reality!
