A few hours after the marriage between Gifty Anti and Nana Ansah Kwao IV, Gifty has taken to social media to say, she is glad she chose her husband above all men.

If you did not know, Gifty Anti will now be known as Awo Dansoa—this is because she married Nana Ansah Kwao IV, a royal/chief of Adumasa who goes by the stool name -Oyiakehyire Nana Ansah Kwao IV.

In her instagram post, Gifty Anti posted the above photo and wrote:

“This is my husband… He did honour, celebrate and made me proud today. OyiAkehyire Ansah Kwao IV What can I say? How do I say it? I am glad I chose you above all other men. God is our strength. I love you and I appreciate this Royal honour.”

Gifty Anti and Nana Ansah Kwao’s wedding was the talk of Ghaan yesterday and it was attended by former President John Agyekum Kufuor and several Ghanaian politicians.

In a recent piece by GhanaCelebrities.Com’s writer-Edith Owusu Bonsu titled “Gify Anti’s U-turn Endorsement of Marriage As the ‘Ultimate’ & Her Social Media Politics is Pathetic & Scar“ she advised Gifty Anti not to play out her marriage on social media, something Gifty seems to be doing.

Edith wrote, “Beyond this, Gifty Anti should also be careful of the unnecessary media invitation and interaction as far as her marriage is concerned—because, when you stage a marriage on social media under the watch of cameras, you wouldn’t have any right to complain when the associated marriage problems are later showcased in the same light with everyone having a say.
