First Capital Plus Premier League Awards Held With Ashantigold Big Winners On The Night

Premier League Champions Ashantigold have won four awards at the 2014/15 First Capital Plus Premier League awards ceremony held at the La Palm Royal Beach hotel on Friday.


Midfielder Eric Opoku received most prestigious award of the night after he was named as the Footballer of the season.

Ashgold coach Bashiru Hayford emerged as the coach of the while CEO Kudjo Fianoo won the CEO of the season category with the club also named as Best Behaved supporting group.

Other awardees on the night included Inter Allies’ Baba Mensah named as defender of the year while Wa All Stars goalie Richard Ofori got the goalkeeper of the season.
